Trust in the staff.
I’ve been having my car(s) serviced here since about 2011. The staff has changed from time to time but the quality of the service and quality of the staff remains outstanding. The most important aspect is that I have grown to trust the staff. I am always notified before unplanned work is carried out and the work is completed on time. I have recommended them to family members.

Fantastic service - above and beyond!
Fantastic service. I dropped my little car (MG3) for some new front tyres, after I had been told they were unsafe at my car dealer's service last week. Your team noticed a big problem, my oil had been filled up to more than twice the recommended limit! This could have done some serious damage to my car and I am so grateful to the Mycar team for not only noticing the problem, but rectifying it by draining the excess oil. I am so mad at the company who serviced my car but Mycar have gained a new customer for life! Super happy with the friendly and helpful service.

Thank you very much to Abi and Nick from mycar St Lucia today who helped me out after a defective air compressor at a service station left me with low pressure in 2 tyres. Abi checked and inflated them and refused my offer to pay - very kind and helpful and great ambassadors for the company.
