Just explained things clearly ( in-between phone calls and a degree of work pressure) Had job done within a reasonable time frame. Found them to be courteous and helpful and not giving us the spin or sales pitch.

Gi always thinks from the customer's perspective. There was a small misunderstanding at first due to a language barrier, but Gi intervened and helped me complete the maintenance work.

Staff took time to listen and ensure that they could assist us with our concerns. Honest about time frames and kept us up to date with progress on repairs. Great customer service throughout.
