The service manager is super pleasant and competent. Everything was explained to me so I could understand it and make the best decisions. My job was completed quickly and to a great standard.

Staff Loki was rather rude and curt on reception - asked if pensioners get a discount and was rather abrasive about it.
Would not go back there again. Disability Pensioners deserve to be treated with a little more respect.

Easy booking process and great service. The guys were super friendly and kept in contact about my car throughout the day.

My tyre rotations were nearly due, but managed to get a puncture just before it.

Went it for the repair, but because it was in the sidewall, nothing they could do. Got the new tyre and they didn't charge me for the rotation and balancing of the other 3.

I always get great service from them, that's why I go out of my way to only go to their shop.

The service from the manager was exceptional. And being a Friday afternoon needing a puncture repair I really did not think it was possible on short notice. It was completed on quickly and phoned me as soon as it was ready. Being a traffic control vehicle I was booked solid for weekend. So impressed.

The customer service was amazing. I set an appointment prior to visiting and they promptly worked on my tyres without long waiting times

Staff were very friendly ,came to car to check tyres and explained the whole process.Only point was a balance and alignment should be included if you buy 4 tyres ?Overall will return for a service soon due to the overall great experience I had .Thankyou
