Fantastic service, prices for tyres are good, and the tyres last. Dropped a spare off to get a new tyre, fitted straight away.

Get the job done in good price. Do not expect more than that. The team just...average. Sometimes it is better to do less if they can. So no more broken plastic pieces.

I was in trouble. All my brake light had gone out. The shop was close to closing. But the guys were wonderful. They got a switch in and fixed my car so I would be safe . So grateful. Totally recommend my car . Thankyou my car x

My car had some problems when I got home late at night, called them up as soon as they opened in the morning and they said to bring it right in. Think it was only there a few hours, felt like there was no waiting about, service and price was fair. Friendly and helpful staff.

The team were able to fit us in for a service before I headed off on holidays. They changed out lights and were able to get in parts to replace brake pads all on the same day.

Great price for log book service and clear and concise information for customer to understand

Booked in for 9am - checked in on time. Took an hour and a half just for them to tell me I needed new tyres. This should've taken moments. The workers were delayed by the area manager who thought his needs were far more important than serving a customer!
I was down from Burra for the day. I had a number of jobs to do. These were delayed because the area manager had to nag the store about stuff. We have been a long term customer of this store. Next time I will have to seriously think about bothering with a business who thinks customers are less important than the ego of a lowly area manager.
Your phone service is annoying. The store rang me I missed the call and had to ring back. When trying to return the call instead of a person I get a computer with a recorded message which then changed to a computer asking me "the reason for my call". Unprepared for anything other than the lovely man from mycar I had checked in with I hung up and walked back to the outlet. The service attendant was polite, apologised for the delay, and told me he had been busy with the area manager. When I tried to tell the area manager that your automated phone service is annoying he told me it was a ACCC requirement and didn't want to listen to me explain about the automation.
I said I would take four new tyres they said it would take one and a half hours. I told them I was now pressed for time. They went to the effort and did it a lot quicker. This store was put under a lot of pressure and delay on a Friday morning because of a visit lasting an hour and a half!! Please, please, please don't rip into the store - they did their best. I would like to give 5 stars for them and bugger all for the area manager who seems to think his ramblings are more important. He clearly has small man syndrome.

2nd visit to the shop, to get the tires changed and rear brake serviced and replaced...all good, very satisfied with the whole experience...very friendly and accomodating staff as well...thanks mate
