Chris and his mechanica are absolute legends. Super helpful/ genuine and down to earth. Always a pleasure meeting like minded gear-headed people. Servicing was top notch, quick, easy and good value for money.

Amazing experience from mycar, customer service before profit! That's Unique These Days!
An amazing experience given I believed that customer service was a valuable thing that had completely dissappeared unitl I went to mycar. The manager Mark, was amazing as were all the employees I met. I could not of been more appreciative for all the helpful information and extra services available to me at no extra cost.
Given this and the fact that I was so happy and grateful for the new tyres and wheel alignment I had yesterday I actually booked in again today and got a 160,000klms service and Rego check. I will now be recommending my all my relatives and friends given any company like mycar that puts customer service first before profit has my complete endorsement and full support!

Tried these guys with something small
Tried these guys with something small, new tyres and a wheel alignment.
Booked easily online and the process was simple .
From the first moment you walk in, I felt welcome and comfortable.
Everything was clearly explained and the work was done quickly and I drove off feeling extremely well informed and that my car was all fixed.
I wlll be trying them for my next cars full service .
