I have been going here for a few years now and never had a poor experience.

Communication and service is on point. My last service was expensive as it definitely needed some work but I still managed to have a laugh about it with the guys. They are honestly great! Highly recommend!

After leaving car for 2 days last week with advanced warning of problem the repairs were still not completed so had to rebook for this week. Car was left the whole day still not completed but was advised I could pick up at 6pm but declined and chose to pick up next day but on arrival in morning was told still not complete! No communication at all with both appointment problems I know nothing until I arrive. Then when finally complete the last job on the quote what not done! I do not blame the guys at the site so much as I blame you in head office. The manager here should not have to work on cars and man a very busy reception area as well and the boys in workshop need much more support as they are obviously understaffed. This store is a blight on MyCars reputation and that falls fully at the feet of head office so get it sorted.

The whole process was smooth, service was quick and efficient, details of any potential needs for the car in the future ie new tyres was well received.

Had a problem with tyre pressure warning light which was resolved.
