They swapped my tyres around so the new ones were on the front, gave my car a wheel alignment. He also went above and beyond to tell me my brakes were getting down and needed replacing. Excellent service.

Darren and the team got me back on road, so I could get back on the ferry to Tasmania. Car wasn't in a happy place, but the MyCar team at Traralgon squeezed me in to fix my car and get me back on the road in a day!

I came back here to get new tyres for my Amarok even though I no longer live locally. I know the service personnel will be honest and helpful and, as always, they were. Thanks again!

My car’s ignition switch failed and I was stranded in the car park near the Traralgon MyCar service centre. I spoke with the mechanics there, Cody & Darren, who went out of their way to get me back on the road again. Can’t thank them enough.

Great customer service, fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. Also they do Afterpay which is fantastic for people who can’t afford to pay in one payment

They were good to deal with & reasonably priced. Only issue was I had paid for 2 front tyres & alignment when I did the online booking & required rear tyres as well. When I went to pay they hadn't taken the initial payment off. I pointed it out & they quickly corrected it.

Darren and Cody were awesome and I had such a great experience bringing my car in to be serviced and fixed up!!

They were very accommodating and understanding. I mixed up my schedule and came in the wrong appointment but Darren still took his time to look at my car and made sure my car was done.

Will definitely come back here and best believe I will be recommending this place to everyone!!!

Paid for an alignment and it seems like it was not done, nor was the print out attached to my receipt like it was last time. The one other thing I did ask to be done, was also NOT done.

These guys are always polite and efficient. They are able to fix any problem that might come up and their opening hours are super long, which is great as I can drop off early and pick up late.

Booking process was easy and the service at the Traralgon store was quick and friendly!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Willing to offer advise and suggestions without being pushy. Took the time to explain after care services.

They were very informative , called when they said they would to inform us of what needed to be done to our car . Greeted us with a smile . All in all a very good experience . Would highly recommend .

Had a flat tyre and needed an urgent replacement. The team got me in and had the car sorted that afternoon. Great service!
