Amazing customer service and communication, very easy to deal with.

Took my ute in for a pink slip. Got a text at 9am saying ‘we have completed the work and your car is ready to be picked up’. When I go to pick up the ute after work at 4pm, I am informed by the technician that it had been failed. Needed 2 globe changes, seat belt retractor needed lubrication, windscreen wiper needed to be re fitted (it was a brand new wiper just not slid on correctly in one spot), idler arm replacement and wheel bearings. I was then told that he didn’t have time to write me a quote for the repairs and it would be emailed to me at a later date and I’d have to rebook it for the repairs. There was no phone call or anything to let me know any of this prior to me turning up to pick up the ute. I repair the globes, wiper and seatbelt myself and decide to book my ute into another mechanic for the other repairs. I am told by that mechanic that it should have never failed the rego inspection for the idler arm and wheel bearing in the first place. I receive the quote from mycar 4 days later and it was way overpriced for the required work. Worst customer service I’ve experienced

My two new tyres were fitted quickly at a good price. Staff are polite and friendly.

Went there for the Lego renewal, got told that wipers need to be changed as they leave marks behind.Anyway, I had changed the wipers not long ago and never had issues with them.They changed the wiper and charged $95 for just a wiper price , which they ordered from next door Supercheap on $33.I asked them why charge me when wipers price is $33 clearly visible on Supercheap website.They stated this is our scanned price and we need to go by it. Not a good experience at all.

Was told I needed new wiper blades to pass rego. When I took the old ones off they were not cracked or damaged in any way. I questioned the guy when I took the car back to get it passed and showed him the old blades. He said he couldn’t say as to why they failed maybe they were smuggling he said (which they definitely were not). He said he didn’t do the job so couldn’t comment. I asked were the blade’s damaged to which he said it didn’t look like it. It seems this is an easy option to make more money but in this instance you didn’t because I went and bought them elsewhere and fitted them myself. This still cost me money and the inconvenience of me having to do it when they didn’t need replacing.
