I got tyres and a wheel alignment on the 20/12 the car has been sitting at home as I am on holidays on the 29/12 the car went in for a service only 9 days later, I am told the front tyres have wear and I need a wheel alignment…. The car hasn’t been driven anywhere the reason I was given was because I hit a pot hole which is not correct as the car hasn’t been driven… for brand new tyres and a wheel alignment after spending $800 and then another $300 on a service the tyres should have been replaced or offered money back… What happens in a month or 2 months will I need new tyres are the tyres that have been put on faulty the manager didn’t care and basically said well you got 50% off when I brought them in the Black Friday sales that should be enough…. Not good enough I won’t be going back.

I dropped the car off at 9am and needed it back by 11am. At 1045am, I received a test message advising it was done and ready to pick up. The manager explained what they did and provided a printout of the wheel alignment specs before and after. Very happy with their service and expertise.

Simple to call and book in, they were able to fit me in to get a tyre repaired, and I ended getting a rotate and balance, good pricing and great customer service

Average customer service and communication. Puncture repair wasn’t tested and I ended up with a flat tyre at work after having it supposedly repaired forcing me to get assistance once again. Plenty of other options in the area.

Over the phone was told certain prices for things then when I can in to pick up my car it was an extra 300 dollars then what was spoken about over the phone this was very frustrating
