I have an issue with the charges
I have no issue with the workmanship, but find the charges a little excessive which may force me to use another business next time.

The service was exceptional
The service was exceptional. One of the staff members called in sick & another employee turned up early for his shift to manage the 5 people who were waiting to drop their cars off. He was very professional & handled a high stress situation well. Overall the service I was provided throughout I was very happy with.

I booked my car in on line. All good except when I arrived I had booked the wrong day.

Transparency in cost. Cost 250 more than said. Also change of battery reset media system and now required to have it authenticated by honda at a cost of 100 dollars
