Helpful staff, Quicker service, Quality work

Excellent service, they received my tyre order early so they asked if I wanted them put on before my booking date in January , I said yes, great! Car was ready in a couple of hours!

The service is always friendly and advice given is sound. Nice to have an honest and reliable team!

Very friendly & helpful staff, great communication and great price. I had my 1 year old with me so we wandered around the the shops while my car was getting serviced and it was great how we didn't have to wait long for it to be ready. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here!

Great customer service, timely service of my car and helpful but not pushy with what needs doing on my car in near future

Damaged tyre, dropped it in to be replaced on Saturday morning. Told tyre needed to be ordered in and that it would be late Monday afternoon before the tyre would be delivered and that I would be notified when I could pick up. Come Wednesday morning, I rang up and was told I could pickup. When asked why the delay, was told delay occurred as it was thought I cancelled the order. Rather than phone me to find what I would like done with the Toyota C-HR specific tyre rim, it was just stuck in a corner and forgotten until I phoned. I find it difficult to image why anyone would consider driving on an emergency non standard spare for any period of time as acceptable. Not good.

Excellent service at short notice

Great service and good advice. Were able to fit me in at very late notice and called me as soon as the work was done.

First time using MyCar. They didn't try to oversell or BS me - just serviced my car with a smile, told me straight up what they did and quoted for a few things that they recommend I take a look at. Will definitely use these guys again.
