Need customer service lessons
Had a good experience with employee who scanned my car , informed me that he would get a quote for repair , unfortunately he didn’t say it would take 2-3 working days to get the quote so when I called on the 6/2 to see if quote was there the phone was answered by an extremely rude member of staff who informed me that ‘quotes take days to come and there are other places to take my car ‘
It was good advice because my car has been repaired and is back on the road while I’m still waiting for the quote !!
