Brought my car in yesterday for an inspection and Andrew was excellent. Very professional, efficient, and detail. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were well looked after. If I could give 6 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 2nd expensive repair within the last 2 weeks after a breakdown. However this one was delivered a week earlier than expected, so I am really happy with their response and efforts.

Went in today for a tyre check today found out i had a nail in my tyre. The staff where amazing fix it straight away! The were so professional and very pleasant it only took 20mins to fix! Thank you so much!

They were very professional. Gave me a call to discuss new Tyers and were able to fit them the same dsy even though it meant they had to stay later.

Very friendly and helpful staff always.
Came in with a flat and advised required new types. Staff member fitted my spare so I could get home .
Staff member went through all the steps required and was able to get new types the next day

What made my experience great was the professionalism of all the staff at the service centre. No question was too hard to answer, and all requirements of the servicing of the car was explained in detail, and why it needed to be completed. This also made myself feel comfortable with the work to be completed on my car.

Always great service. Andrew is very easy to deal with and always takes a minute to explain things clearly.

Great service and personnel. Unfortunately, I think they forgot to ensure that when they got into my car, they have clean hands or at least a protective covering for the steering wheel. Steering wheel felt grimy after car service.

Check in was quick and efficient, all my concerns were noted and reported on when I picked up the car.

The staff was very professional

Had a flat on my car and needed a look/repair and NIP was kind enough to take time off his busy schedule and sort the matter which was a leak on the valve.
Did not even charge me as it was nothing substantial to be done and simply extending their service to a returning customer, which I thought was applaudable and a secure customer retention strategy as I will go back. Keep it up !!

Helped to diagnose the punched tyres. Explained the situations in details and worked out the best plan for us. We were late to pickup the car and they were patiently waiting for us. Best experience and will return for sure.

A Log Book service as well!
