Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They take your money and do not deliver. Multiple emails sent requesting a refund through lack of delivery. All they come up with are excuses. FYI, items come from Aust, not NZ!!! Steer clear is my advice. Don’t hit pay now!

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience has been frustrating and that your order has not arrived as expected. We understand your disappointment and take your concerns seriously.
We’d like to clarify a few important points:
1. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and this information is clearly stated on our “Delivery Speed” and “About Us” pages. We do ship to New Zealand regularly, and most orders arrive within the expected timeframe.
2. In your case, the parcel was shipped promptly and has been held at NZ Customs since June 1st — a situation unfortunately beyond our direct control. As explained by our support team, NZ Post advised us to allow a bit more time before lodging a formal enquiry.
3. We completely understand that this delay is unacceptable to you. While our support team followed NZ Post’s guidance, we agree it’s best to close this out properly. We have now issued a full refund for your order.
We’re sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations this time, but we hope this resolution gives you some peace of mind.

myCaseCovers are always very responsive and items are sent quickly and are always as described.
We had an item go missing in post and they got a replacement to us withing 2 days. Very Happy with them.

Fantastic Service
Initially the phone case was damaged during the delivery process, but the company was great at resolving this issue and sending out a new case promptly. Fantastic service during this and a quality product.

Do not buy from this company. Two faulty cases sent, bad quality. No chance of refund as apparently I had passed the 3 month qualify (even though the second case I was given was faulty too).

I received my phone cover today - Folio Case iPhone 13 Leather Wallet Cover Butterfly Apple iPhone13 - and it is perfect for my phone. The quality is 100%, the leather is soft, and the pattern on the cover suits my personality. I am in love with the colour.
I have in the past found on other brands that often the magnetic clasp is not very strong but the clasp on the cover I purchased is strong and sturdy. Means that the cover does not want to flip open easily.
I love the product so much that I have ordered another different case to have - because I can. ♥️

Broken but Great Backup
The product was as advertised and process efficient. But it arrived worse for wear - smashed. Joanna immediately sent a replacement with a big fragile warning for our esteemed postal workers. Perfect result! Thank-you.

I find the way to judge a company is the management of a problem. I made an error with my, new, postal address. Therefore the original order did not arrive. The company sorted the issue and sent a replacement. A generous act considering the fault did not rest with Mycasecovers. I will buy from them in future.

Arrived broken

Samsung Galaxy S10 Case and Screen Cover
Purchased a phone case and protective screen cover for the Samsung Galaxy S10. The case fit perfectly and is in excellent condition. The protective screen cover did arrive in the mail shattered, however after contacting mycasecovers they responded very quickly and mailed a new one, free of charge. Mailing was also quick. I recommend. :)

I had an excellent experience purchasing my phone case, although I ordered the wrong one, the after sales service was amazing. A case officer was assigned and I wish to extend my thanks to Joanne. I purchased a cover for my iPhone and was impressed by the fast service, delivery and quality of my case.
The Folio Case For iPhone 12 Leather Case Cover Skin Apple iPhone12 6.1", looks stylish in brown and has secure slots for my cards.
