Fraud people. Will charge arbitrarily for your damages.

It has been more 30 days and I haven't got my refund. Placed about 15-20 phone calls, everytime they have a reason, portal failing, sir bhej raha hun transaction id...

If you want to get your robbed then prefer this. Go for alternatives please. You will love it.

Deducted the full security deposit without any valid reason.

I booked Mychoize Selfdrive car for a family trip from 31st Jan- 8th Feb 2019; paying the full amount of approx. 29000/- Rs in advance including the Security deposit 6000/- Rs that is supposed to be refundable.

The car delivery was delayed for more than an hour which made me and my family including a 3 year old wait outside the airport in the freezing cold; the my choize executive said he is about to reach in 5 mins whenever we called the driver.
This also affected out hotel bookings also and check in.

When the vehicle got delivered, it was not the one that I gave booked; didnt even inform me about the change in vehicle and this one was in a pathetic state(horn not working, full of cigarette smell, weird sounds coming from the vehicle etc.)

The vehicle got replaced in the evening around 6pm Upon the complaint to the Executive who delivered the vehicle. That made us waste ourfirst day of the trip without doing anything.

After 8 days, the MyChoize representative came to pick up the vechile and confirmed by in writing the Vehicle Inspection Report that there was only a tyre pucture and no other damages(not even a scratch).

I received the billing invoice a few days later in which it was mentioned with other charges that the Damage charges of 3913.60/- Rs has been deducted.

Around 4000/- For a single tyre Puncture??? Unbelievable!!

As per the My choize executive who came to pick up the vehicle from us, that puncture would cost a max of 300/- Rs for which around 4000/- was deducted without any explanation.

I raised a complaint through email by attaching rhe Vehicle Inspection Report provided by the Mychoize executive and customer care call regarding the same.
There was no response for an entire week and after calling them continuously I received a mail saying They spoke to their a operations team and the charges are correct.
What is the purpose of providing the Vehicle Inspection Report if they are not going to check the same when the customer raises a concern?

The My choize team couldnt explain or justify damage charges that has been deducted and was iterating the same statement of fare deduction over continuous follow ups through mail and call.

They are not at all talking about the report and not even ready to check it.

They want to deduct the entire amount that I have paid.

They made up some un reasonable charges in order to deduct the entire security deposit

So if you are booking though my choize please be aware that you won't be received any penny as a refund. They will just take the entire amount you pay initially.

Booking a sedan car with mychoize was very easy using mychoize app. Booked a car for a week, got the car neat & clean and on time. After returning car without any damage, I got my refund with in 10 working days.

I travelled with MyChoize self drive cars a few days ago and I must say that it has been an enriching experience. The comfort, luxury and services of this company is highly commendable and I would recommend it to anyone planning on a road trip.

Pathetic service

they will give you another car arbitrarily without asking second they will find all sorts of reasons to deduct your entire security money without you being able to do anything small damage and they will deduct all your security money
absolute pathetic . please don't fall for them

Bookd vehicle through vendor... which jnderstood while returning back the vehicle..

Received vehicle in midnight at 2.00
AM booking is from 7.00 am.

Worst part.. booking is on ph call with vendor.. i.e. early morning on 23 .11.2018 at 6.30 till let night 25.11.2018 full payment done in advance.. on 24.11.2018 i got call to pay extra charges for extra hrs as ur booking is for 25.11.2018 upto 12AM ...

Settelmwnt received is 2000 only without any details. Paid 13000 + fuel tankfull with 6000 deposit which is security and will be refunded.

Now no one is attending ph calls.

I booked a MyChoize car for my trip from Delhi to Udaipur, and trust me, this was the best decision I ever made. I have hired a hatchback car for my weekend trip. Mychoize take care it's customer and provide the best service. I will strongly recommend to hire cars from mychoize.

Poor service very poor service will not recommend to book any one.

I stuck on highway bcuz there vechile is not getting start and as per company it was brand new vichle.

Even if it is there fault still they will charge u 413 rupees for cancellation.

I got my refund right on time and was extremely satisfied with their services. I would recommend everyone to try out their self-drive cars.

Horrible experience with Mychoize..booked car 7 days in advance, nobody asked the documents upload..A day prior they send a msg to upload DL and Aadhar card which was promptly done, a call was also given by me to customer care for confirmation of documents submission. Vehicle was to be picked up at 2 o clock, got a msg at 01 pm stating address in both documents doesn't match. To my shock, how does it matter..sent another document of passport copy. Some how managed to sort this issue, however on reaching their office at 0230, they attended my after 15 mins and tells me that car is not available due to some failure..I was stranded with my family with no options. I had to travel 300 KM's to attend a wedding function which I could not because of this mismanagement by the agency. They were not apologetic and said they can't help me. Other service providers are far better.. horible experience all together. Didn't expect this service from so called 4th largest car rental company. Would diffinately not recommend to anyone.

Mychoize has really great fleets of cars, I have choosed a sedan car for our Weeknd trip. I must say that mychoize provided us a neat and clean car on time delivery. After returning the car I got my full refund with in 7 to 10 working days.

I have recently hired a SUV from Mychoize for our long trip from delhi to shimla onwards. Mychoize deliver a very neat and clean car on time. I booked the car using app and it was really very smooth process to book a car from mychoize.

Bad Experience , cheaters , after booking they asked documents then they said documents are not verified and I need to cancel then i given other documents and after lot of call and conversation they confirmed my booking but vehicle not reached right time at pickup location and 3 hours late driver reached . Vehicle was very bad and dirty . millage of vehicle was very poor . and condition of vehicle was pathetic . Wheels are not aliened proper , AC cooling also not proper .

Hiring a car from mychoize was the best decison for our weekend trip. After using mychoize self drive car i can strogly recommed everyone to use mychoize car because i got the car on time and got the refund too.
