Guy was rude. Don't like people like this. Can't remember his name. Visited him in April.

I've ordered several times with them and I couldn't complain. This time though was completely a mess.
I just opened the last pack of biscuit and like the several others are completely smashed, good only to be sniffed. Quite disappointed! The same fate with the pasta and taralli....

Due update, I got contacted by their customer service after few months and after some emails I got offered a discount close to the amount I've spent for the items I binned.
It's a pleasure to see how they got this right even after a while.

I have ordered numerous times from MyDelibox and always been pleased with the goods delivered. My latest order was so poorly packed that two packets of pasta were split with the contents all over the bottom of the box and biscuits which came with the order are in kit form. Whilst some of the value of the goods has been refunded, there has been no apology from MyDelibox nor any explanation as to why their packing has deteriorated to such a crass extent. Even the box had a hole in it, which must have been present prior to despatch given the amount of sticky tape around the base of the box to conceal it.

They take care of all food folding everything in a soft paper to not broken or damaged the food like biscuits.

I have been ordering from Mydelibox for a few years now, and they are never wrong with picking. I always received my orders in full and very well packed so nothing got damaged. The variety of the offering and the price point is also great, therefore I always come back!

Overall the order and shipment was ok and punctual. I am only a bit disappointed that the expiry date of some items was just few days after the delivery; especially the sweets, I had 2 packs and cannot think to finish them in few days.

My order was delivered damaged and I have contacted Delibox who have offered no compensation for the damaged items as the goods inside were not affected.
However I still had to pay full price for them so I think this review is justified.

Compro sempre prodotti italiani su questo sito, i prezzi sono buoni e la qualità dei prodotti anche. Non c’è moltissimo assortimento ma la consegna è sempre rispettata e il post order in caso di problemi è molto efficiente.

Great quality food, good price and well packed, so the biscuits were all intact.
Will definitely buy from myDelibox again.
The only reason for the 4**** instead of 5 is due to FedEx who left my parcel outside in the rain without bothering to ring the bell or knock on the door (even though we were home waiting for the delivery). Please myDelibox, change the company for the deliveries.
