Absolutely unacceptable service.

A few years ago, this company sold me what they advertised as a lifetime Microsoft Office 365 subscription. I paid for it, used it for several years without any problems, and then one day it was suddenly deactivated without warning.

When I contacted support, a representative named Thomas blamed Microsoft and told me that lifetime subscriptions do not exist. That does not excuse the fact that this company sold the product as a lifetime subscription in the first place.

I paid for lifetime access, not temporary access until they decided the deal was no longer convenient for them. When I asked for fair compensation, their solution was a pathetic 30% discount on another purchase. Why would I spend more money with a company that failed to honor the first product I bought?

This is not meaningful compensation. It is an insult.

Based on my experience, their lifetime offer was misleading, their support took no responsibility, and their proposed resolution was completely inadequate. Avoid this company at all costs. They are not trustworthy and do not stand behind what they sell.

Since purchasing my AutoCAD license, I have had a very positive experience. I only encountered one issue when the license was not recognized, and the support team responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Excellent customer service and technical support.

The process was clear and easy, I was able to access everything without problem and it works perfectly

The price that they quote for Autocad in their site is for Educational License. Do not Buy until they change their website to reflect this.

I purchased what was advertised as a SketchUp Studio license including V-Ray. After I paid via Payoneer, they delivered a cracked, unauthorized version of SketchUp and no valid license.

When I asked for help, they claimed I needed to pay additional fees to get what was already supposed to be included. I later found out they are impersonating the real website mydigitallicenses.com (with an “S”).

They used a UK phone number and a Barclays UK bank account, which I’ve reported to Action Fraud UK and Barclays Internet Security.

If you've been affected, I recommend filing a complaint too.

This is a scam operation—they will take your money and send you illegal, pirated software.
Don’t fall for it.

Paypal is one of the payment options as written on the site but when you buy, they start a conversation via whats up and they request a payment outside paypal. If you persist they will give you a personal email to pay through paypal but they insist not to mention key or license but formation. So, how can you open a dispute later?... You will lose your money. They sell educational preactivated licences without mentioning anywhere they are not commercial. They claim that educational licenses are for "normal" people. So, if you are "abnormal" don't buy......... Fraud
