I love Tropical fruit box , Tatiana was so helpful in helping me choose my 1st order. She was patient, explained the types of fruit and I’m so excited to receive my 1st order. I received a box from My Exotic Fruit on my birthday as a surprise from my girlfriend. What a surprise!!! ))). The box was full of fruits that Ive never heard of or seen before. All of them were placed and packaged carefully, there were notes listing each fruit, stage of ripeness, and a small card with a happy birthday message from my girlfriend. Amazing service, the fruits were exceptional quality, fresh, ready to eat, I'd say my favourites were the yellow dragonfruit, rambutan, longan, bananito, physalis, tamarillo and yellow pitahaya. The haden mango was divine, the stone apple (bael) was a major pleasant surprise with the content inside, might not be for everyone but I liked it))). The kumquats))) wowww loved them. The Korean pear is huge and so good. Honestly, all of the fruits were superb and I shared the experience with my family who were super impressed too. Thank you My Exotic Fruit, thank you to my girlfriend of course, for this tropical fruit surprise. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Firstly all the fruit was ripe and fresh and nicely wrapped, communication with your people went great, very helpful and covered all my requests. Do not buy ! My partner ordered a medium box for my birthday ,3/4 of the fruit was either damaged overripe or just bad , upon complaining and after sending photos they refunded him £10 and sent me an artfully arranged photo of the fruit before it was packed with none of the damaged or overripe pieces showing , I have photo evidence so can prove this , some of the other pieces upon opening them are bad , all in all would never recommend this company , when calling no one ever answers and emails are slow , I have requested either another box or a total refund to the person who bought this for me but haven’t yet heard anything , despite their promises of this , beware !

Don't buy. Fruit past it, poor quality, cost too high for poor produce
I ordered exotic fruit as a birthday treat. Really excited. Firstly item missing. Secondly the fruit claiming to be feijoa were tiny, shrivelled, and so past it. Should never have been sent. A little brownish inside would be fine but dark brown throughout each one. I have photos.Couldn't believe these are passed off as feijoa costing over £5 each. No refund. Photos have been sent and still no refund. So that's money that goes to the compost bin. . Do not buy from here. You cannot guarantee quality and it's so disappointing.

Firstly I must apologise as a negative review shows you weren't happy with your transaction and that is never the outcome we want.
We received a phone call regarding your order but unfortunately you proceeded to scream, shout and swear at me. I was given little opportunity to speak and offer any sort of resolution, or able to discuss your problems.
You ordered feijoa, which I must correct you, would have cost £1.85 each, not over £5.00 each which you incorrectly quoted in your review. You mentioned in this review that the feijoa were tiny. I'm not sure how big you were expecting them to be but feijoa are a small fruit.
During the phone call you repeatedly insisted that the fruits we sent you weren't feijoa, but I am absolutely confident with 100% certainty, that the fruits are feijoa. You sent us images of the feijoa you received, so I am certain of this.
You were concerned about the wrinkled exterior of the feijoa, and the elongated shape. I acknowledge that these characteristics differ from the image shown on the website which shows a more rounded feijoa with smoother skin, however those that know the feijoa fruit will be aware that a wrinkled, rough or bumpy skin is entirely normal for this fruit and an elongated / pointed shape is also entirely normal. It's certainly not an indication of poor quality. I'm not stating the above in attempt to deflect any wrong-doing, the way you descibed the fruit is honestly, totally normal. If one were too type into google 'Colombian feijoa' and look at the search results in images, it's clear that the feijoa that grow there do have a rough, bumpy, wrinkled skin and an elongated shape.
We aim for our images to be as representative as possible but with natural variation of fresh produce, the actual fruit we send out will not always look the same as what is pictured. We are up against nature and I cannot think of a way to alleviate this.
Also in the order was a black sapote. You were very unhappy that the fruit wasn't ripe and ready to eat, even though it's made totally clear on the website that this fruit will take time to ripen at home. Unfortunately it is literally impossible to send a ripe black sapote through a courier system. The fruits are so soft that it would result in a total mess. The fruit you received, which you sent us a photograph of, is in pristine condition so I thoroughly dispute that there is any quality issue.
I apologise if the finger lime was missing from your order. My colleague in the warehouse was adamant he included this item in your order however mistakes can happen. Finger limes are very small, and on many ocassions our customers fail to spot them on first inspection of their parcel, but often after prompting by us they are subsequently found amongst the packaging. I decided due to the nature of our telephone communication that it would be better to process a refund for the finger lime rather than ask you to double check the box.
Your review here was left within hours of emailing us to request a refund, so that explains why our office team had yet to process a refund.

My best find of 2021
I wished I’d discovered My Exotic Fruit well before now. For people like me who love fruit but get a bit bored of the limited range locally My Exotic Fruit is perfect. It’s been great to get some healthy treats before Christmas, especially fresh dates. The range on the website is amazing. Orders delivered within a few days and very reasonable delivery charges. Very helpful staff too.

It's only right for me to apologise for the delay to your order. Regrettably, an unexpected delay in the fresh moringa leaves arriving from Sri Lanka did mean a delay to your order being dispatched.
On our website we make it clear that we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days however we also make it clear that sometimes it is possible there will be delays.
We finally received the fresh moringa leaves however at that point you decided that you'd prefer us to process a refund rather than receive the goods, which we totally understand.
Fresh moringa leaves are a particularly difficult item to work. They are quite perishable which means to ensure our customers receive good quality leaves we have to 'buy-to-order' meaning we only receive from our supplier after customers purchase from us. This ensures the goods sent to the customer are as fresh as possible. If we were to hold them in stock at all times it would result in less fresh leaves being available. Unfortunately this way of working can lead to delays to orders on occasion.
Apolgies that in this instance, we didn't live up to our usual high standards.

Excellent quality of fruit and great customer service
I wanted to order a fruit basket for my mother’s 80th birthday as she enjoys interesting and usual fruit from all over the world. Sadly the £65 gift basket was out of stock so I ordered the £45 gift basket and added some dried fruit items. The basket was well packaged and arrived a day before my mum’s birthday. Every individual piece of fruit was in perfect condition, the colours and variety of fruit was beautiful. My mum was delighted. I contacted the company with a some queries before ordering, and each time someone got back to me immediately. Brilliant customer service Christina made me feel like I was a valued customer even though my order wasn’t that big. Great company, gorgeous fruit and I would highly recommend! Thank you!
