I was struggling with my skin as I was dealing with mild acne so I looked up online for skin consultations and this company came up and I spoke to one of the skin consultants. I sent her pictures of my skin and I made sure to let her know that I have sensitive skin and I am cautious about trying new products but I was still open to gradually. I was recommended 2 skin care routines and I thought to try the Obagi Clenziderm cleanser as it was one of my recommended products she listed for my morning skin care. After using it just once, my acne spots got worse and some areas on my cheeks was red , which rarely happens even when my skin reacts negatively to a new skin care product, so I stopped using it immediately. After trying to talk to another consultant, I was no longer offered any support. This alone made me feel not comfortable about the rest recommended products I was told to use. Not to mention the prices are pretty high but I luckily got the cleanser for cheaper off another online store so I at least saved about 45% knowing that I didn't purchase the cleanser from the myfacedr online store directly. I also looked up to see if the clenziderm cleanser was suitable for sensitive skin types and I told that it may be a bit too harsh for sensitive skin. So why would the skin consultant recommend me a cleanser that isn't for sensitive skin even after telling her in my consultation that I HAVE sensitive skin. This made me lose all trust in this company. For those with sensitive skin types, please be careful of this company and the skin consultants as they may not even be qualified and could very well know very little about skin care, along with the negative effects a product may have on the skin and not inform you.

I had a great experience with this recently discovered skincare company. I will only buy my medical-grade skincare from them moving forward!

Ever since purchasing from face dr I have been super happy with the service provided. I was concerned about it being online compared to my usual experience I have in a salon for consulataions but i was proved wrong and if anything they are even more helpful and very thorough. They are always offering complimentary gifts when you spend a certain amount and that is something that my beauticians never give. So it’s a good gesture. I will continue with face dr for the foreseeable future. Definitley 5 ⭐️

I am very disappointed with my experience with this online skin clinic. They basically just throw products in your face expected you to buy them and don't really care for your concerns especially if you're like me and is very cautious trying new products on your face.

From the beginning, I explained to a clinician Beth that I wanted to take a gradual approach because I had never used this skincare brand before and am very cautious about introducing new products to my skin. She initially suggested starting with a cleanser, but I was then recommended two different cleansers. I wanted clarification on which product would be most suitable for targeting my post-acne scarring, so I emailed for further guidance. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for several days, which ultimately led me to seek advice from another clinician.

What frustrated me most was that my reasons for wanting to start with a single product seemed to be misunderstood and wasn't heard or no way felt supported. It was not only about budget, although that was a consideration. More importantly, I wanted to see how my skin responded to one product before committing to a larger routine. This cautious approach was initially suggested by Beth herself, yet this aspect of my concerns appeared to be disregarded.

I was also presented with two different routines with two sets of different skincare products, without feeling confident that those products recommended would address my specific skin concerns. Rather than feeling supported in building a routine gradually, I felt pressured to commit to more products before I was comfortable doing so.

When I asked to speak with another clinician in the hope of finding someone who better understood my concerns, that opportunity was cancelled. I was then informed that I would not be able to receive any further consultations. This was particularly upsetting because I had simply been trying to get clarification on product recommendations and find a clinician who could better understand my concerns. At no point was I rude or unreasonable; I was only seeking guidance so I could make an informed decision about products I was considering purchasing.

As someone who is already struggling with skin issues, I expected a more welcoming, supportive, and understanding experience. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed, unheard, and effectively excluded from receiving further support after raising genuine concerns about my consultation experience.

Better communication, clearer guidance, and a more patient and compassionate approach to clients' concerns would have greatly improved my experience.

I would recommend finding clinician who respects your concerns and feelings and tries to support you instead of disregarding them in an instant.

I first tried out the site because it’s very difficult to find legitimate products from Obagi and ZO Skin Health online, so I was always having to buy them in clinics. Once I knew which products I’d like to keep in my routine, I wanted an easier option vs having to physically trek out to find the product. I love that the products are authentic with quick and convenient delivery.

Fantastic consultation service with Paula, very informative and understanding. Fast delivery and a varied selection is accessible.

Been using face products 2 years January and never looked back,nothing compares I've have tried every brand out there,had a free consultation first where they listened to what my skin was struggling with.This is the only brand that has changed my skin for the better.I had combination skin that was very oily on the t zone and red spots on the chin these products have kept them coming back and calm down the shine.i can have a consultation at any time to re assess the skin if needs be.

I have been using Face Dr for a while now, to buy my products as recommended by my skin expert and I can honestly say the service is amazing, the products are fabulous and the delivery is super quick - I’m just about to try a new product for my neck & décolleté areas so super excited to see the results. ♥️
