Hi,
Information about customs is on our website - we do not charge UK tax on international orders, and on top of this we can see that a discount of 15% was given on your order. Please check prior to ordering from any international company, what duties may be payable locally.
If you're from Mexico, make sure you got the right order and prepare yourself for paying import fees.
There was no disclaimer I'd need to pay the import fees and even if I'd want a refund, shipping it back would have cost me just as much as the products I purchased. There should be a disclaimer before you buy it or maybe a calculation on how much you'd need to pay for import fees.

Whilst we're sorry to hear that you weren't expecting any duties, we do make it clear on our website that duties are payable by the customer in countries outside of the EU. This information is on our FAQ page.
When purchasing from outside your country, we would always recommend checking your country's import fees - every country has its own thresholds and for this reason we kindly ask that you check prior to ordering.
In order to reduce the costs for our customers, we offer a free shipping service and also we do not charge VAT to international customers.

Fjallraven store in Manchester is the best! Customer service is so good. We bought a bag instore and bought more online. Happy to recommend the backpacks we bought. My nieces were very happy with their backpacks.

As per our email to you, due to the cyber attacks on international shipments with Royal Mail, your gloves were shipped with Deutsche Post. As most businesses had the same idea and also switched couriers, this led to an unprecedented surge in demand with these couriers and has also resulted in a backlog in their systems.
We understand how frustrating this is and appreciate your patience whilst we await delivery. It really is frustrating for our business also, as we make every effort this end and always dispatch within 1 working day. Negative reviews through no fault of our own can be damaging and we really do wish we could do something to speed up these services.
It does look as though networks are now catching up and hopefully getting back to normal.

Courier tracking is very poor
Courier tracking is very poor. There is no update for the past 10 days. The company reverted on my query but nothing can be done by them also. Nonetheless i would have liked it to be more proactive in following up with the courier.

As per our communication with you, the cyber attacks on Royal Mail caused the Royal Mail network to shut down completely for 3 weeks. As a result of this, we, and many other retailers, transferred our international shipments to Deutsche Post. This in turn lead to a backlog in their networks too. I can see from the tracking your parcel was scanned again yesterday so it is in transit to you. We are so sorry it is taking a little longer than expected and appreciate how frustrating this is.

Amazing company
The company is amazing and provides high quality products for a discounted price. They are so reliable and I will always continue to order from them for myself, for gifts and will recommend to family/friends and everyone in between. The delivery was amazingly quick, and the bag was packaged nice and securely. The ease from browsing to checking out was so simple and stress free. MY order never arrived
MY order never arrived. I keep sending emails no one answer. I call very often DHL how was the carrier to see if any updates and the worst part is that they send the delivery driver to my home yo check. he was very aggressive saying that he dropped the parcel obviously he never did he was lying he said that I signed for it then later on they find that it was never properly delivered horrible experience never ever again. think twice before purchase from this website to Canada or at least don't recommend at all DHL. very bad.
Again I don't know why you guys saying that i raise a claim saying that the product was unacceptable. I never did that the claim was the item never arrived ask DHL .. please forward to me that matter I can't understand why you using that as an excuse.. I have proof of all the emails and there is not such as you saying .. please read the emails make sure you do you job properly and also every time I SENT AND EMAIL you guys take forever to reply and everytime is somebody different replying the emails that has no clue . you guys are very poor customer service and again prove what you saying.. I seriously asked to contact me and if im laying according to you ill take care of my actions but proof what you saying..

You originally let us know via email that you did not receive the product that says it was delivered. We followed this up with the courier; the delivery GPS location scan is at your address and we have a POD with signature and your name on the POD. We have then received a chargeback from your bank with the reason being 'product unacceptable' hence our question to you - what is the reason for chargeback - non-receipt, or receipt of a product that is unnacceptable. We have responded to the chargeback request.
