It’s too bad that I must give one star at least in order to leave a review.
Please never buy from them, they are scammers. Very ugly and overpriced items with a fake description and images looking nothing in real and god knows even if the material label is r what it says.
It’s a money trap and they will make up excuses to not accept any return. If you read this make sure to not buy from them… I had to open a case through my bank just to request a refund. It’s a real fraud.

Should have read reviews! Complete scam. Says on Freya Melbourne website they have been a trendsetting fashion company for 20 years. Go to another page says they are two sisters who are closing the company down and giving 80% off items. Led to believe you are getting a bargain…
False advertising, items purchased do not look like the photos at all or the description. No labels on any clothing item, clothes arrived in plastic bags and stink … Led to believe items were coming from Melbourne as the two sisters made the clothes and were getting rid of the inventory to close. Sob story. When I tracked the item they were coming from a China base but started at a Melbourne address, shipping took forever….
Material of items are not leather, not linen, not sizes stated, not orthopaedic shoes.

Items were not as described - not Melbourne based or Australian (straight from China), appalling materials, poor quality of clothing and shoes were terrible, vinyl materials, terrible workmanship, just cheap and awful in every way. Not as pictured or described in any way!!

I just received these shoes, stuffed into plastic bags.

Really ugly shoes that look NOTHING like the photo advertised. In the advertisement, they look soft and almost fluffy. They look plain a plain colour. On arrival, the material is flecked with colours! - clearly not shown in the photo.

Apart from this, they are definitely NOT orthopaedic shoes and will offer absolutely no support.

Have requested a full return and refund.

Poor Quality, Not as Advertised - the shoes were not as advertised, they stated orthopedic and there is no support. The quality is very poor and they were shipped in a plastic bag with a QR code. When I scan the code it states Black Rice. Black Rice would be more valuable then these shoes.

The item was described as leather but the label on the garment does not. All 3 other items are terrible quality. Customer services are ignoring me. A totally immoral company. Don't go there

Do not purchase from Freya London! If you have, pursue your refund or take them on.
Currently trying to obtain charge back from PayPal for an item which came in the wrong size and was very poorly made, like everyone else, told to keep it for a 15% refund, 60% store card or return to China at my own expense, numerous emails to that effect. If you paid via PayPal follow their instructions to make a dispute and take it to claim level. It may take a while but you may get your money back and the company don't like PayPal disputes as they have tried to get me to cancel mine. If you paid by credit card you can contact your card company or bank. I have also complained to UKICC, UK International Consumer Centre as frankly it pisses me off that companies can get away with scamming people. If they make an offer to get you to cancel your dispute, try to see your dispute through as it's the only way we can get them into trouble and stopped. Good luck!

Do not order from this site, total scam! I would not even give one star if I had a choice! I ordered some boots which cost £45 and they are complete rubbish. They look nothing like they do on line. Sizing wrong, zips do not work, cheap rubbish material and not even styled the same. You can not return items…..well it is very difficult as they only have a warehouse in China so they offer a very low percentage refund. They offered this refund immediately, no questions asked, which proves they know there items are complete and utter rubbish. Do not order front them, they are making fortunes out of us!!! 😡😡

I got my money back! Same experience as many here. Took weeks to arrive.Awful quality dress, different colour to website, wrong fit etc… Eventually offered 15% refund. Went to PayPal. Instructed to email paypal at weinbergmunchen . de - No response. Went through PayPal refunds. Ticked that I had returned the dress as no option for being told to keep it. Explained in PayPal experience box. Total refund in 12 hours. Refunded from a company called BERBERA LIMITED

Ordered two items by mistake but quickly tried to cancel and had an email reply saying order was already shipped -impossible!
The jumper looks nothing like photo and quality is very disappointing.
I will be returning items for tefund

Scam, I ordered online everything looked great but poor quality. I am thinking of sending it back, has anyone send it back and received their money back?

I stupidly paid £35 for a dress that looks lovely in the photo, when it arrived it’s absolutely terrible quality and can’t be worn as it is so small it won’t go over my head.
They won’t offer a refund despite me challenging them many times in email conversations.
It has to be returned to their warehouse in Asia at the cost to the customer of €20-30 or you keep the item and get a 30% off voucher or 60% gift card.
Eventually I got a returns label from them and they said that it can take 2 weeks to reach Asia - depending on how much the postage is going to cost I may send it back but probably will just cut my loses and put the experience down as a lesson that I can teach others……….dont use Freya London!

Do not buy from this company! They are complete scammers. The dress I ordered arrived in the wrong colour, wrong size and incredibly poor quality. I put it straight in the bin as it was so bad I couldn’t even give it to charity. I’m furious to discover this company is not London based but from China. I have been robbed and I urge anyone not to fall for this scam. They are criminals.

Do not buy from this company . It is not London based , items cheap and the customer service discourages you from returning item and offer gift card . Absolutely shocking .

I ordered believing the company was a "London" based company. I paid them nearly £90 on 2 items of appalling quality which would have cost me £10. They actively discouraged me to return and get a full refund. They offered to refund 15% £12 and I could keep the items. I can't believe I've been scammed. I don't think I will ever receive my refund, even if I attempt to send the items to China to a dodgy address to Wang Maoqin.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased the jacket. If I could give minus 5 stars I would !!!!!
Really bad quality fabric and badly made.
Only got a 30% refund if I wanted the whole refund then I would have to send it to Asia at my own expense.

I have purchase a one pair of boots and paid for Four via PayPal. I am sending back to the if undelivered address which is in Middlesex via recorded delivery and will take pictures too. I truly was convinced by the website thinking it was a British company. The boots were ok however they are too small. I believe under the consumer credit act I can return obviously unworn in the original packaging! I had made a pac with myself not to buy via Facebook again idiot me!! I had a similar experience with Ashines but once I produce the original label after four months of fighting I got my money back through Klarna - well I had refused to pay the bill, so essentially I got Klarna their money back!! That time I didn’t send via recorded delivery but kept all my post office receipts etc!! So return to the “if not delivered address” not China 👍

Worst ever online purchase. Bombarded with emails telling me about the delivery, long wait for delivery (turnsvout its coming from Asia);and appalling quality when finally arrived. So poor quality that I'm not even going to try it on! Looked at return policy and it seems returns are at own cost to China. Cutting my losses, lesson learnt! Do not be fooled by this scam, the products are nothing like advertised.
