This is a scam I was sent an…

I was sent an email from trusted company i use saying i had won a toolbox set as I am a customer of screwfix I trusted this email but when I clicked on the link I took me to this scam and took money from my account and then tried to take money every month, 18 months later they get intouch asking me to remove my bad reviews and they would refund me i suspect this is because bad reviews stop them scamming more people, but I trusted them again and removed my original reviews only to find i had been scanned again I'm my opinion this is a totally untrustworthy company or site whatever they are ?

Extortion for reviews! Refuse refund without review.

Edit: AFTER 3 years of mucking around I have finally recieved my 8 doller refund! Pathetic and rediculous still feel everyone should stay clear of this scam. Polite people but definatly not worth the risk. Still expecting me to change my review to 4 stars or more however I even with a refund I will not do this people should be made awear that your company is a scam

As of April 2025 still have not received refund however have recieved multiply emails asking me to remove or edit this review to a 3 or more star!!! I cannot be clearer stay clear this is a scam and a well played professionally played one….. SCAM SCAM SCAM. All good reviews off this site are scam reviews ! Beware of my fun pets at all costs.

Made a subscription over a year ago did not suit my country and refused to contact me for over a year now stating through email they will issue my refund as long as I leave them a 4-5 star review. Zoe (the lady emailing me) refuses to refund me unless the review has been put through and they are happy with review I left ! As far I am concerned this is extortion and they legally cannot withhold me refund because of this. I never received any product or confirmation on any site purchases ! In fact this was never intentionally paid for through this company and was in fact a purchase made through a different company for a completely different product not to do with animals at all and once payment had been taken the name on payment outgoing was completely different! Multitude of attempts to contact and no response until now when they are saying I need to leave a review before I get my refund ! Highly recommend staying clear if this company as it is not a great experience . I doubt I will get my refund however I hope that this review makes it easier for other people to stay away ! SCAM !

Positive Review - Decent customer service

Positive Review
I never intended to sign up and subscribe for this service however they did not make their commitment policies clear and I was charged. I never used the service.
I can comment on the fact that they have decent customer service who said they were happy to cancel the subscription and refund the membership fees in exchange for a 4 or 5 star positive review. This response was very slow and took several months but I guess better late than never.

Excerpt from their email:
"To proceed with the refund and cancellation, we kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving a 4 or 5 stars positive review. You can always mention my name and my efforts in helping to resolve the issue. Please confirm if the card is still active after sharing your review.
We rely on your swift response to issue the refund!

This is just a scam

This is just a scam. They take the money out of your bank account even though I had not bought anything. STAY AWAY from Myfunpets.com. There is also another scam going. They help themselves and won't refund your money. They did say I could spend their Credits. I don't even own a pet

Deceptive Practices and Unethical Demands: My Experience with MyFunPets.com

De manera abusiva y sin mi consentimiento, hicieron un cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito de una suscripción que yo jamás elegí. Cuando les escribí para hacer el reclamo, trataron nuevamente de hacer otro cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito, esta vez por un cargo de cancelación, por no querer más la suscripción (que nunca quise comprar). Finalmente tuve que llamar a mi banco y cancelar esa tarjeta de crédito, porque continuaron tratando de tomar más dinero. No lo recomiendo para nada, es un fraude, es una empresa nueva que supuestamente queda en Grecia, no caigan. ¡Se trata de algún tipo de empresa fraudulenta entonces manténgase alejado en la medida de lo posible!
**ENGLISH VERSION: I live in Colombia, South America, and in June 2022, I received an SMS on my cellphone from a supposed logistics company claiming to have a package for me. The message stated that I needed to pay a local tax; otherwise, I wouldn't receive the package I was expecting (I was indeed expecting an international package around those days, but not from MyFunPets.com). So, innocently, I followed the link, paid the almost two dollars they charged, and that's when the nightmare began! I don't live in Europe, I never intended to subscribe to any services offered by MyFunPets.com, I never gave consent for them to use my data, NEVER!

Afterwards, I contacted them to resolve the issue. They claimed I had purchased a subscription, but I told them I had been deceived by an SMS that I didn't understand. I demanded they cancel it, and simultaneously, I spoke with my bank in Colombia. Fortunately, they preemptively canceled my credit card. It was a good thing they did because the folks at MyFunPets.com attempted two or three more times to take money from my card, but were unsuccessful this time.
**UPDATE 2024** Incredible Offer: MyFunPets.com Now Demands a Positive Review for a Refund!

As you may read above, in June 2022, I fell victim to MyFunPets.com's deceitful tactics when they sneakily charged my credit card for a subscription I never signed up for. Fast forward to February 2024, and I receive an email from Nora at MyFunPets.com, offering a refund in exchange for upgrading my review on Trustpilot. How generous! Apparently, according to them, I simply forgot to cancel my subscription, despite living over 9,559 km away from their supposedly European operations. The cherry on top? They're graciously willing to keep the $2 they took without my consent.

So, to recap: MyFunPets.com commits fraud, tries to extort a positive review, and expects me to be grateful for the opportunity. Bravo! Rest assured, and of course, I will update my opinion. Here it goes, two years later: It's crystal clear that despite the time passed, MyFunPets.com hasn't changed its dirty tactics. I urge everyone to steer clear of doing business with this company. Thanks for the laugh, MyFunPets.com. Classy move!
