Feedback on Positive Discipline

Concepts were nicely presented.

The last one hour was extremely meaningful in terms of knowledge gained. There could have been more of that instead of activities which seemed to pointlessly iterate known facts.

Interesting session.
Teaching is not easy and so is understanding another human being..it takes time. Some age is needed to go through life experience and then become mature in the process. I believe you showed the mirror that what once we were in our teens will help to empathize with anybody. Who are we to judge anyone? We donot know of struggles they are going through. They shall also mature n find their own ways eventually. Thank you for "opening up" the taboo and look into ourselves first before we judge. Your energy level was out of the box and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Excellent Custom Made Training Programme for our required needs. Very well structured. Engaging and Energy filled Training conducted by Mr.Shanti Swaroop. His energy all through the day was consistent and unmatched.

It was highly interactive and relatable to daily experiences. Not just that the suggestions and solutions to tackle problems were very practical. There was not one moment where distraction was possible.

Energy of the speaker. Lot of insights.

I learned how to be kind and firm with the children and also how to connect with a child and what kind of an impact it could make. I found the workshop quite helpful.

I was aware of connection before correction as I was doing the same with my child and it helped me alot along the journey. Yet I was not able to replicate this strategy for my students (and to be honest was not even though of doing). This workshop gave me the awareness and practical tools to use to create meaningful relationship with my students. Thank you so much.

It was a very pleasant experience. The most positive aspect was that inspite of being Online and with all the camera's off still the Trainer took the sessions with equal zeal and enthusiasm.
