Still not received my order, it’s been 3 weeks

Placed an order in August and it never arrived. They took my money and wouldn't answer any emails, live chats, Instagram or Twitter messages. Disgusting to con people out of their hard earned money

Haven’t received my products and nobody will email me back !!!!!!!

Ordered over a week ago still no delivery or email saying it’s been dispatched. Disgrace of a company doing this to its customers.

Having the same issue as everyone else, have ordered many things from here with absolutely no issue yet this time, not been given a tracking number or anything and now they’ve completely disappeared offline. Can’t claim thru my bank for another 14 days.

I placed my order on the 16th Sep and paid for next day delivery. I received my order confirmation via email. But by 24 Sep it still had not showed up AND I had not had an email saying my parcel had been dispatched, so I contacted them via the webchat on the website. No reply. So I emailed them instead on the 26 September. No reply. It is now the 30 September and I still have received nothing from these people (no emails or parcel) so I am going through my bank to try get my money back. Avoid!!!

Where have they gone? I’ve ordered from you for years with no issues. Recommended you to tot her people. Placed an order on the 14th September for next day delivery - it never arrived. I’ve emailed. Live chatted. Direct messaged on social media. No response. Now your website and social media platforms have gone? I want my products or my money back!!

Ordered form My indica for years never had a problem untill this month orders not being delivered and items missing, no communication from them and now socials and website disappeared clearly gone under, naughty that taken peoples money and not delivered goods

Ordered 11 days ago now and still no received items. Logged a complaint after 7 days and had to communication back and now I cannot even access their site. Avoid!!!

I have always ordered from these and had a great experience, always delivered promptly and great communication. However, I’ve unfortunately recommended these to two friends who have not received their orders at all at the same time as my order being over a week late. Not only this, they’re failing to communicate in relation to any of the missing items, their website has disappeared and they have blocked my friend from Facebook. What is going on?

Ordered 2 items from MyindicaBeauty.com which at first i didn't receive. I emailed them to see where my order was and they apologised and said the order had been misplaced by royal mail and they would resend it special delivery, plus 50 % off and with some freebies. My order then came 5 days later but they had sent the wrong items, no 50% code or freebies. So i contacted them again to say they had sent the wrong item and could they please replace it but they didn't reply again. Unfortunately i don't think i will order from them again.

Up until recently the company has been great….but my last order (£200 worth of goods) was all completely incorrect.
I was not sent a single item that I actually purchased. It’s now been over 3 weeks & no one is helping me or even responding to my emails anymore.
Customer service is absolutely appalling!
I need my order to be corrected & for the correct items to be sent to me!

Meh great product, I liked it but it did arrive slow

I placed an order on 22nd august which stated next day delivery which I paid for. After receiving no order I messaged them after a few days via Twitter and had no reply so after a week I logged a complaint via their website. They said I didn’t input my address correctly but never contacted me to let me know. They then promised they would resend the order that day. Another 2 weeks went by and still no order- they used the same excuse again even though they had been given my address multiple times. They then promised to send me “freebies” with my order. Order finally came but no freebies as promised. Avoid this company. Shocking customer service.

My order did not arrive sent email I was told I'd have the next day that's about 4 days ago sent another email no reply I'm about 4 weeks waiting now for nothing. I'm going to get in touch with my bank to get my money back. Will nt buy again.

Ordered on the 6th September , still hasn't arrived

Absolutely dreadful. Still yet to receive my order. Contacted them numerous times to which I never get a reply. Currently out of pocket, no product and no way that anyone is responding to me.

Ordered my items on the 07/09/2022 for next day delivery, items never arrived! Tried to speak to company through their online chat but no one responded so sent an email and again no response! Now put a claim in with bank to get my money back! Really disappointed that this company never responds.
