I can't express enough gratitude for the experience with Keepers Memorials. After losing both parents 4 months apart we decided to do a combined celebration of life ceremony for both. We have family and friends throughout the world and felt a viritual service would be ideal. I found some amazing artifacts that our parents left behind enabling for a beautiful 30 minute narrated presentation/story that Keepers Concierge service helped assemble. Needless to say, they did amazing and the execution of the actual service exuded the type of professionalism and care one would want for such an important event. I highly recommend their service!

They did a fantastic job with my mother’s celebration of life! It was winter in Pennsylvania so many family and friends could not attend due to weather and issues with mobility, they hosted an online option with our live event blending it perfectly. They were patient and kind and listened to exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them highly!

Event pages were super helpful for sharing service details because we held an event at the funeral home and then at home as well. Uploading media was fast too we had a lot of videos.

Setting up my grandmother's memorial page was easy - which I really appreciated. The ability to add events worked great and I liked having access to privacy settings for the page and events too.

I love how much personalization there is, from themes and stories to detailed family trees. I used the event pages to share details of my Aunt's memorial service, and it was so easy for our relatives to see updates.❤️ Uploading the images and videos was fast, and I could easily control who saw what, due to the privacy controls.
The support team was responsive and really helped me make sure everything looked perfect.
Overall, it felt like a thoughtful and meaningful space for my family to remember our loving Aunt!

I did quite a bit of research to find the right memorial page for my sister. I wanted to get photos from all of her friends, but I also wanted to have control of who can post. We decided to go with Keeper because I had a lot of control - I could approve every post before it appeared and I could password protect her page. I was nervous about putting this online but it made me feel a lot better.
The customer support team replied to me really fast as well and they were super nice.
I did spend the 99$ on Plus and I think it was worth it because you only have to pay once and it is online forever. I recommend this

We experienced an unexpected and traumatic loss that took us a while to process. Our family isscattered all across the country so we selected an online memorial service. Keeper Memorials was wonderful. Everyone I worked with was kind and thoughtful and very patient. They are very attuned to what families are experiencing.
