Very unsatisfied with their service. I gave them 34 items for pick up and delivery , only one of which required dry cleaning or Took them 7 days (!) to bring them back after 2 phone calls! They picked it up Thursday or Friday and their excuse for bringing them back next Thursday was a will blanket! Never asked if I wanted the clothes delivered as they were ready!
Most of the items were everyday clothes like t-shirts , even pyjamas and some work uniforms but nothing too dirty or extravagant. Never asked me if I wanted folding and delivered a HUGE PILE of plastic bags and iron hangers. They have definitely missed the point of using a laundry… the point is I save time and get the items clean and easily placed in my closet. Now I have to get rid of 35 awful wire hangers, a ton of plastic , fold all the items myself, and the worst of it… they are pristinely ironed but there is no smell of freshly laundered clothes…
I would never recommend them!

I have just used My Laundry for the first time. What a brilliant experience, and so easy to use. Excellent communication giving collection and drop off times by a polite, friendly driver. Very good prices giving good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

First time iv'e used this and must say that i am very happy with everything in respect of the cleaning, picking up and returning of items, will definately be using them again

This place is really good… immaculately clean and tidy… Easy to navigate machine and payment system… The manager is very friendly and helpful to.. Coffee machine serves nice coffee too…

These guys are great! We've used them on a number of occasions for ironing and multiple dry cleaning services. The free pick up and drop off is really handy, and they are always friendly and professional. If I've ever handed over a garment which cannot be dry cleaned, they return without any issue and do not risk damaging the item. They are very trustworthy, fair price, and look after your belongings. Will definitely continue to use their services!

Our cat was extremely stressed that we left him overnight ,and we came home to a terrible mess on the bed.My laundry.uk picked up our duvet within two hours of booking ,and it was returned a few hours later beautifully clean and smelling lovely.Highly recommended service.

Using the laundry service with home collection saved me a lot of time. Prices were resonable, perfect for busy weeks.

After a duvet disaster I was desperate to get it washed but unable to get it to a launderette. I contacted My Laundry on Saturday, my duvet was collected on Sunday and returned on Tuesday, beautifully clean and dry.
Excellent service, will certainly use again and thoroughly recommend.
