Had our annual boiler inspection completed today by Chris this was done efficiently and to a high standard. Chris was friendly and once he had finished the work everywhere was left clean and tidy thank you

Excellent. The engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and helpful. The service of my gas CH boiler and hot water system was completed with minimal fuss and the engineer left everything very tidy. I recommend D&G highly. They are easy to contact and you speak to a human being and if you need to change your appointment it’s all very straightforward. You can’t say that about much these days.

Communication about my appointment was very good and I got an ETA from the engineer Joseph. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I received the report on the same day. Great service!

My appointment was with Joe and he was excellent. He was on time and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was thorough and very pleasant.

Our annual gas boiler check was carried out by Liam. We found him to be thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He left our boiler in tip top condition.

The same engineer ( Joe) visited us on three separate occasions for what turned to be a fundamental refit to our boiler. On all three occasions I was confident of his competence and professionalism. The job was completed successfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Used this company for years first via Scottish Power boiler cover who they do the work for in our area. Then used them direct when I changed energy supplier.
Had them fit a new Atag boiler late 2024 and the workmanship was excellent plus the recommendation to have Atag boiler was the best thing we have done. The boiler is so quiet in a kitchen/diner and comes with an 18 year guarantee. So efficient will no doubt pay for itself over the coming years.

Great customer service from the engineer. He called me at 8.30am and said he'd be with me approx 30 minutes. He arrived at 9am, really great, professional service.

My boiler was serviced today by Christopher Shaw. He rang me before the arrival to make sure I am available, he reached on time. He serviced the boiler well and the boiler area was cleaned very well. The report came straight away.
