Tried to actually purchase one. There web site gave an error at the end when I pressed the button to complete my order. "Error: Visa is not an acceptable credit card." Really? That card works everywhere else. The only thing that I can think of is that Visa thinks that this online vendor is a scammer and blocked it. But my card provider didn't contact me as they usually do when there is some suspicious activity. Either way. I can't trust that web site.

First of all the website is horrible with all the "special offers" tricky because they offer you a "free gift" and when you click on that all of a sudden I received notification of an additional order with another shipping charge. When I cancelled it right away they did not refund me the full amount. The website is very shady IMO. then I cancelled the entire order (before it shipped) and they pretended not to receive those emails and shipped it anyway.

Husband placed order Dec 14, 2025. Received confirmation but never got a shipping email. Tried emailing them but no response so I called. First time I called they checked all the items I had in my order and all were in stock so they said they would expedite my order and I would receive email within 24-48 hours when it shipped. Waited 3 more days and nothing so I called again. They again said they would expedite my order. Again nothing. It was Dec 1,2026 and I decided enough is enough and called again for refund. They were fast to do that. Not a good experience at all.

Love the rugs, have several. BUT, ordered a bigger rug on December 2nd and still have not received any update to my order other then an order confirmation email. I have called, emailed, and messaged on facebook to no response or update about my order. Very disappointed in their production/shipping/fulfillment

I tried to order their beds at least 8 times over the Black Friday weekend. I got different pricing as well as different "deals" several times, often in the same day, depending on where I saw the sale ads. When I tried to order, after tediously entering all of my information each time, at checkout the order was denied every time with "Could not authenticate credentials". Didn't matter if I was on my PC or my cell, or what CC I tried to use. ( and yes, my cards are good) No answer at customer service, several times the call "failed" or I got a recording stating business hours ( and apparently they were not open over the holidays.) I have bought these beds in the past and really liked them despite their rather steep price, but I have now come to conclusion that anytime they offer a deal on line, it's scam, Of course if you look at them on Amazon, where you have consumer protections, they are not on 70% off, they are %15 off. Muddy mat needs to get control of the scammers using their names, and until they do I will not be buying anything sold under their brand. And I would recommend that nobody else does either

I have better than two dozen of these rugs, and love them! Delivery can be a bit slow (my latest order is supposed to be here today, ordered on 3/4/25), but all came as ordered. They’re a bit overpriced, IMHO, but because they’re long-lasting and wash beautifully, I’ve replaced ALL my throw rugs with muddy mats! Some of mine are at least two years old, but look new! Larger mats are available, too, thru Muddymats.com, and they’re delivered quickly.

Charged my credit card and a month later no products. This isn't the original muddy mats website it's a scam/duplicate. Disputed this transaction with my credit card. Buyer beware!!

I have not received any product yet. But the ordering process is very misleading. Buy 2 carpets, get one free. OK. Color choice. OK. First issue...If you want rug grippers for $1.99, that is $1.99 each corner plus $3.99 handling. Adds $12 when you were expecting to see $1.99. Then it jumps up and multiplies without your approval because you purchased multiple rugs. Had the grippers removed and their handling charge.
Second issue...offered a doubling of the buy 2, get 1 free rugs. No opportunity to choose color before it's done deal. Looked like it would be the same colors. When I called to ask for different colors, the representative said the second group of 3 was in Grey, the default color choice. Good thing I called.
Third issue...looking at my receipt, there is not much information on my order spelling out what I bought. That alone is sketchy.

Steer clear of this website. It is a knock off. They advertise one price and then charge you shipping regardless. You can buy muddy mats at Amazon and I wish I had. They have constant add ons and I chose to get anti slip rug holds for 1.99 - it gave them to me for all my rugs totally $23. I hope I get my order but this is not an honest or direct site.

While the product rugs seem to be working, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I just purchased two rugs off of Amazon from this company and they are advertising buy two and get one free. I called the company to say I never got the third rug. They said because I bought it through Amazon and not them directly that they won’t support their promise of purchasing two and get the third free. This makes no sense to me and it’s extremely frustrating that while they allow, other sites to sell their merchandise they won’t follow through with any special offer that they have guaranteed. Extremely disappointed with the rudeness of the woman from Customer Service and the disregard for customers purchasing their products.

Muddy mat is definitely a time saver. No need to mop my floors time to time just to remove the muds from my dog's paws. Plus, it's super absorbent. I love the fabric. And most importantly, it's safe for pets. For me, as a customer, it's really a must try.

Mats are excellent. It helps me in maintaining dry and clean flooring. I am going to get my fifth set of mats from them because they are so much superior than the ones I had. I'll definitely buy more of them and tell my friends about them. The quality and color are outstanding. Keep it up!

This is my 2nd time ordering and will keep coming back for more! It does what it says, its absorbent and soft on my dogs and our feet! We do love our Muddy Mats and you should also try them and see how amazing their products are!

At first, I was skeptical about ordering online, I've been scammed multiple times and sometimes the item that you will receive is different or didn't meet your expectations. I even saw a lot of bad and good reviews about the product. Since I have 4 dogs and 9 cats, I thought, why not try it? I ordered 1 for me to try it, and received it after 5 days. Happy, that I took the risk ordering it. I love the Mat, what you see is what you get. I just ordered 3 more!

The rugs are not of quality. I was supposed to get buy 2 get one free but that changed after the order was finalized. I received a tiny shaky instead of a rug. I have 4 huge dogs and the shammy was for a small dog. Absolutely ridiculous trying to deal with this company. They are fraudulent in my opinion. Now I am in the process of trying to return the product. Do not buy..

It’s essentially a fraud. You got to place the order and it generates two transactions that are vastly over the advertised price. I would avoid at all costs.
