نعتذر جداً أن تجربتك الأخيرة لم تكن بالمستوى الذي اعتدت عليه منا.

لقد بذلنا قصارى جهدنا لتوصيل طلبك بأفضل طريقة ممكنة في ظل الظروف الحالية في المنطقة. إلا أن شركة الشحن التي نتعامل معها حالياً تتبع آلية توصيل مختلفة، ولذلك تم تسليم الشحنة إلى نقطة استلام في مكتب البريد بدلاً من توصيلها إلى عنوانك.

أما بالنسبة للرسوم التي طُلب منك دفعها عند استلام الشحنة، فهي رسوم جمركية أو رسوم استيراد تفرضها الجهات المختصة في بلد الوجهة، وهي خارج نطاق سيطرتنا، كما هو موضح على موقعنا الإلكتروني. ونأمل أنك تلقيت أيضاً إشعارنا بهذا الخصوص.

Thank you for your feedback. We printed the nametags according to what you ordered. I can see that you ordered 56x colour stickers, as you have done in previous years as well. Both the quantity and the size of the nametags (30x13mm) are clearly displayed on the website when placing your order.
