Non stick
I am writing this as I an very disappointed with the iron on names. I did read the instructions but all just went off or did not even stick. It's not my 1st time order but this time I am sorry.

The label itself is very cute but unfortunately after following all instructions the labels started to peel off after their 2nd wash.
