Excellent customer service from Wilhelm who was extremely patient and helpful whilst I finalised my requirements for a full outdoor kitchen ie Teppenyaki, double fridge, sink unit, corner and storage unit. Price is very reasonable and quality seems good so far although time will tell. Everything was delivered complete and as per my requested timescale and easy to manoeuvre into place. Minor things to watch ( and cost the 5th star)… the teppenyaki grill only has a 10 inch electric cable and they do not sell the Wok for which it has attachments. Plugs are European. I had a couple of misunderstandings with reference to my questions so do be clear in exactly what you are asking!

Ordered a kamado grill in a stainless module and I have to say I am very impressed. Firstly the communication with Wilhelm in the office was excellent, he answered my questions and took my order over email. Secondly the quality of the product is superb and it looks great, I was also pleasantly surprised that the unit comes pretty much assembled. My only very slight watchout for anyone buying one of these would be that you need to really think about how you get the kamado grill in the hole at the top of the module, it's heavy and there is no room to hold onto it as it slides in. I placed it into the hole on top of 3 planks which I then removed one by one until it was in place. You will need at least 2 strong people, maybe even 3. Altogether though, excellent. I have a pizza oven on order now to match the kamado grill which should be here in a few weeks.

We needed a bespoke replacement cover for our outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has been great for 4 years but we accidentally ripped the cover this summer. Wilhelm was so helpful with guiding the measuring for the new cover and adjusting the order when I made a mistake. His communication was brilliant and we are looking forward to receiving the order soon. Would recommend the kitchens and the service from this company.

What a brilliant company - the sales team are so helpful and can deliver the products within days. Definitely use this company for all your outdoor kitchen needs. Wonderful staff. 😊

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a BBQ set to the value of £3,549 in November 2021. Due to a change in circumstances we found ourselves building a new home and therefore ended up not unboxing this set May 2023. During this period the set was stored safely in our double garage.

Whilst I appreciate the terms and conditions from the supplier state that we should have unboxed the goods and checked them when they arrived, I took the decision not to do this given how well they were packaged, believing the goods inside would be fine.

However, whilst there was no visible signs of damage to the packaging when we unboxed these items we found a number of areas to be damaged. The sink unit had two dents at the bottom which looks like it had been hit with a forklift prior to packing. The BBQ unit had been damaged where the lid sits on the left side of the unit and there were various small dents in the doors.

Whilst this was clearly disappointing, what I found to be of much more concern was the general quality of this product. The whole thing does have a good feel about it and the way the covers below the burners are just left to float around as appose to sitting in a fixed position feels very cheap. Couple this to the welds broken on the shelf that sits above the burners and the way this shelf sits in the same place as the rotisserie with no fixing and all in all this is just a poorly made product.

Despite all of this, perhaps the most surprising thing is that the BBQ grills did not fit in the BBQ itself and were too big. It is for this reason and this reason only that i contacted this company for help, only to be told I should have spoken to them when I purchased it.

Whilst I accept and agree that I should have done this, I was surprised that the company had no interest in what had happened and just said they do not sell this item anymore, which I am not surprised.

Given all of the above I cannot believe that the company were not aware that these issues existed prior to boxing the units up, as there were too many issues not to notice. This tells me they are happy to send out damaged goods and do not place any value on the amount of money you may have spent with them.

I have since had the grills cut down to fit the BBQ, welded the shelf, although it falls out of its fixings with the slightest touch and will be changing this system at the end of the summer given the product quality.
