Technician went through the entire computer and optimized it and corrected the Configuration error so the printer could function properly. Excellent work!

A technician named Robert went through the installation process as is standard procecure. He inquired as to other problems I might be experiencing and I told him about a stubborn error code that kept cropping up, and with what seemed to be a magic wand, he fixed it and we were on our way.
