If you are looking for an instant idea…
If you are looking for an instant idea of how much your pension drawdown figures could be don't bother you will not get any instant quotes or estimates . Just to clarify you will be directed to a page saying somebody will call you which is not what i wanted at all. And you need to ask yourself would you trust a company who use underhand tactics like this.

I had a local company phone I told them…
I had a local company phone I told them that I was busy could they please call me the next day at 11.00 the phone call never came so the next day which is today I rang them back I was on the phone for over 3 hours and nobody answered I also phoned my pension choices direct and had the same problem so I have given up with this company

a bit fishy??
really frustrated to be passed around from one adviser to the next - not really understanding who you are actually dealing with - told by one he wasn't FCA registered but regulated by them ???? - then back to a chap in leeds who asked all the same questions only to be put through to another person who - you've guessed it wanted all the answers for a third time who then said he'd be putting me through to someone else - all seemed very fishy and unprofessional - didn't go any further with all the scams out there i wasn't very comfortable at all.

Communication, communication, communication
Both people I have spoken to have been approachable, helpful and respectful. My issue is not with them but the fact that when you ring up, you get a long automated message that hen cuts you off and tells you to email. Similarly the online chat button is constantly greyed out so you can’t chat to anyone!! When you get a response from the email it tells you it will be days before you’re contacted.
If like me, you find pension stuff daunting, this is wholly unacceptable. You need answers immediately while the questions are clearly aligned to what’s in front of you on the web. Having a response days later means revisiting what you originally wanted to talk about making the whole process long and stressful.
