They did an excellent job moving and storing my belongings, then bringing them two hours away when I was ready for them. I would definitely use them again!!! Great movers!!!

Great group of guys, that was considerate of my property and time.

My crew was led by Dallas, who seemed the most experienced. He kept everything going and everyone working, which I truly appreciated. However, as they were moving heavy items into my house, they took a chunk out of my wood floor. Then I noticed that the furniture and mattresses that were shrink wrapped, were not shrink wrapped completely. Then they were slid along the filthy floor of the truck. So now all my mattresses and sofa and loveseat (chaise) have dirt stains on them. It was a tough move from a 3rd floor apartment to a two-story house, so I kind of give them some slack, but I was slightly disappointed about the stains. One of the mattresses was practically brand new.

My Porter was professional from start to finish. It was a great experience and very affordable. I will recommend them over and over.

Lived in Atlanta for 3 years and needed a moving / storage company recently. Balls (sports), glassware, furniture- they did a fantastic job with everything. Deep appreciation for the great customer service too! Would recommend.

There is no better storage experience than that of MyPorter. From scheduling a pickup to delivery at the end point every detail is handled professionally by well-trained personnel. Their rates are reasonable, their crews dependable. A discriminating person cannot go wrong with MyPorter.

Items were damaged and one of the crew members was sent home due to intoxication. Horrible experience!

I was not happy with the services provided by MyPorter. My family only needed storage for a week and we were charged practically triple the price (they called it a short stay fee) because we needed storage for less than 2 months. We ended up paying the same price as 3 months even though we only needed it for a week. Very disappointing. Unless you need storage for at least 2 months, I would not recommend unless you are ok paying the same as 2-3 months.

The service was delightful. They made my move 100% easier. I will recommend MyPorter to all my family and friends. Thanks you guys, you are the best.

MyPorter was totally awesome.

Came to the house, picked up stuff, moved large items safely into their new temp home at their facility. Then, when needed, it all came back in 100% perfect condition.

Would recommend this over the on-premise storage units or the PODs.

I booked moving services with three movers only two showed up the day of, which made the process take longer than it should have. The movers damaged my bed while disassembling it to where I have had to replace it. One of the movers forgot a piece of furniture of mine was outside, and quickly whisked it inside without care, damaging the wall in my apartment (taking out a chunk of the drywall). I was told someone would come to repair the wall, but no one ever called or came to repair it. I was pressured to write a Google review for the company before the movers left my home, and eventually took it down once I heard nothing from the company regarding the damages and unconfirmed changes to my moving accommodations. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

They do not call back in a timely manner. I have been calling for over 2 weeks to get an issue resolved and I get calls back several days later, and when I am called back, they still cannot correct my issue. I am super frustrated with this company.

best company for storage hands down! they do all the hardwork for you. All you need to do is pack.
