Ignorant, uncommunicative, no consideration
I was incredibly frustrated to see two of their employees cleaning the apartment above mine, going ahead and washing a window directly above a fresh load of laundry that I had drying outside my patio doors. It got wet again, with dirty window water and needed to be washed again costing me time and electricity.
It is was obvious I was in, the obvious thing to do would have been to knock on the door and give me a heads up so I could move the rack. Instead, they just went ahead without a single consideration. I also had a floor mat from my car boot on the floor, which was soaked through.
I’m in awe that not a single thought was given about how washing a window above a rack of drying clothes would be a better thing to do than taking ten seconds to knock on the door or ring the bell to let me know.
It’s not the end of the world, I could let it go. But it seems beyond their capabilities to respond to a complaint email either (though at this point I’m hardly surprised) showing a clear lack of care for potential customers, or ability to admit that they’d done something wrong. Absolutely would not use these guys based on their communication, lack of care for neighbours and general ignorance.
