Raindrop have been brilliant in finding my old pensions not only the one I remembered but another 3 I totally forgot about. Daisy has been so helpful any questions I had she answered them for me. I highly recommend raindrop 😁😁

Anna has been very helpful in sorting everything and so far so good

So far very impressed with Raindrop
So far very impressed with Raindrop. The communication has been prompt and thorough, I have been constantly informed of the process of my transfers. The website is clear and easy to use and it's great having all my pensions in one place. I love that I have what they call a "dedicated pension assistant" and Anna has been nothing but helpful so far. Very pleased :)

Using the Raindrop to search my pension…
Using the Raindrop to search my pension entitlement was so made simple. From the time I made my first enquiry to the final outcome when everything I needed to know was retrieved. My adviser made all the difference and accessible. She was prompt and effective in providing me with professional and sound information as I needed them. I couldn't have have asked for more. Waste of time
I was taken a back as I signed up with raindrop to track my old pensions (gave them details of 5 of my past employments and they managed to track only one pension and the one with which I have been actively contributing till date, more so they have managed to find pension based on the details which I provided and which I already knew about and have been actively contributing till date , Suddenly after months Today I get an email saying that they found one of my pension and that they will get it transferred within two days from my current provider to raindrop account.
I am gobsmacked and lost as I don't understand how going from an enquiry to track my old pensions it gets automatically progressed to raindrop taking control of my active pensions without my consent for the transfer , I have written to raindrop to put a hold on the transfer and will be informing the same with my current active pension provider to not go ahead with the transfer.

We offer a find and combine service, which means we help trace your pensions and bring them together into a Raindrop pension, so you have a full overview in one pot.
I can see we are due to receive the paperwork for your 2e2 UK Ltd & Hitachi Limited pensions shortly and are still searching for your remaining two pensions.
Regarding the timeframe, I can see you submitted your requests just over 6 weeks ago. Due to the response time from other providers, it can take 6-8 weeks for us to locate your pensions however, we try to keep this as short as possible.
I can confirm we have received your cancellation request which is currently being processed by our team and they have responded to you via email.

Absolutely great
I have been liaising with Daisy for a few months now. Bless her she's been helping me with me transfer my pension from my old provider to Raindrop and I appreciate all her hard work, patience and kindness. She has been so helpful and so nice. if everyone is like Daisy then I couldn't recommend this company more.

Found raindrop by accident and decided…
Found raindrop by accident and decided to let them do there thing when they got back to me they where crystal about ....well everything and even explained to a T the routes I could go down was very professional and showed good knowledge pros and cons of my chosen path for my little nest to grow highly recommended 👌
