Ilayda called me regarding my RentalCV. She was polite understanding and managed to assist me in updating my RentalCV in a professional manner. I cannot express how grateful I am for her help.

I mistakenly called letting web thinking they were letting alliance. The lady I spoke with - Ilayda- was articulate, patient and utterly professional and tried her best to help me sort out my confusion. She checked my lettingweb account, provided me every information that could help me and then I realized I'd made a mistake. When I told her about it, she was reassuring and wished me well. I had problems accessing my own documents , nothing to do with your company, plus a few questions about security of sending in documents. The assistant was reassuring and helpful.I also had a call later to check k if I was all sorted or needed any more help.

Was given an unfair rating by our letting agency. They stated they couldn't give a proper review as they've not come for an inspection yet, but that our rent is paid up to date.
