Do not buy from this company - I bought a jacket in January and the quality was awful - I returned the item to China / paid for the postage but they will not REFUND me.

Husband bought me a leather bag in december for my birthday. It wasn't cheap but looked exactly what I was looking for. This week the zip section started opening up when I was trying to zip it closed and now the metal fastener has come off one side. I emailed the company but was told I was outside the returns window. Surely if its faulty after 5 months they should accept liability and offer a replacement or refund?

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars i would. Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, awful quality and fit. They eventually gave me an address in China to return them to (after sending dozens of emails to them which were returned undeliverable) at my own expense. Dresses are STILL in Customs in China, been there since 23rd February!! Luckily I bought them on a credit card and my Bank has investigated and refunded me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY who also trade with various different names.

I would not give them any stars!! I bought a dress from them that did not fit and was shoddily made ! When I told them I wanted to return it, firstly, they offered to give me a third of the value back, then told me I had to send it to China on a signed for delivery! I sent them a copy of the document, upon which they said they would refund me! I have received no payment and they are uncontactable!! Total con merchants!

I implore you not to touch this outfit. I ordered 4 items, when they arrived they were shockingly poor quality, laughably so if it weren't for the fact they were probably made a 5 year old in a chinese factory. After a farcical exchange of emails trying to get a refund that spanned out over a couple of months, I received instructions for sending back goods - to an obscure address in China which cost me nearly as much again in postage. Then silence. This week, some 9 months later the package has arrived back with me, unopened. I am now, out of a matter of principle, pursuing a legal action on them. Do not go anywhere near. Avoid like the plague! bought a 1TB SD card at a reasonable price. when coming to use it, it kept on saying it was corrupted. Done some more investigation and loaded the SD card with the advertised 1TB using h2testw, and turns out to only be a 64GB card

I ordered a shirt in January which they confirmed and sent a link to tracking which said item was expected by the delivery company. But nothing further happened. I did not receive the package and the delivery company never had it either. I’ve claimed the money back from my bank who have contacted the them/their bank and they are still saying it’s a legitimate transaction. My bank is contesting this.

SCAM! AVOID! You will receive an item which is cheap, nasty and has no relation to what they advertise. Don’t bother with customer services - report a fraud and get a chargeback on your bank card. PS if you keep clicking on their google banner ads this will cost the company a fortune- just a thought…

Bought a dress which was of very poor quality and not worth the money I paid for it, after several back and forth emails I insisted on returning the dress, address in China and cost me 12.00 to return, this has been held in Chinese customs since January, no refund, no correspondence.

I purchased a coat from this company in early January 26, when the coat arrived it was very poor quality - as on there website they advertised returns and your money back, as guided by the company i completed my return sent the coat back which coat me over 10 pounds in postage, i am still awaint my refund!!

If I could leave minus stars I would! Bought a 'jumper' for the mother in law for xmas. It was the most horrendous, cheap product to arrive! Complained to be told i could swap for something else, but obviously didnt want anything else from this terrible company. Everytime you email, it bounces back to say its u delivered and the mailbox is full. This is untrue and they often reply!

I sent my jumper back for a full refund but it has been help in customs at China since January- another 12 quid down the drain!

I purchased a pair of boots for my wife in November in time for Christmas 2025. It's now March 2026 and I still haven't received this purchase. I have wrote numerous emails to the company and most keep getting rejected as their "mail box if full". However, the emails that have been successful, the reply states; that the boots were being dispatched that week.

I would like to give zero stars PLEASE DO NOT purchase anything from this company, their goods are shoddy and ill fitting, they are not in London, they are based in China and they are rougues, I wish I'd read the trust pilot reviews before I made and paid for my shabby order that took weeks to arrive, the goods we're cheap and nasty so I contacted them to return them well within the 30 day return period, but paid just under £24.00 to send them back to China, I had my suspicions they might not be all they think they're cracked up to be but I paid to return the goods as a principle was at stake. Every time I contacted them via email I would receive an automatic mailer demon notification saying delivery failed but they did email me back eventually, they agreed to refund me and on two seperate occasions I received email confirmation my refund had been processed, this was a blatant lie, they had not refunded me, eventually they stopped responding to my emails so I contacted my credit card provider and they were very decent and reimbursed me the cost of the goods and will take the matter up with the'merchant'. Basically if I had read the reviews online before I ordered from them and done my due diligence I would never have had any dealings with them whatsoever. To summarise; they are not in London they are based in China, basically they are lying cheating thieves.

Don't buy from them. Ordered G-Star Raw swim trunks that took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did, were split at the seam. The replacements were split too - terrible quality and now their emails bounce! Their website is down also and I have a suspicion that they may have re-opened under a new name - possibly Londonrd.com who I contacted to no avail.

Steer clear of this company! I ordered a jumpsuit at end of Jan this year,for my Mother’s funeral, it was absolutely massive, I sent it back costing me a lot in postage, it is now end of March & im still waiting for my money back. They email me every now & again to tell me they are having technical issues, they are just cold hearted thieves!!

They responded to my initial review telling me to send my order number to their "team" but the email address they give doesn't exist. Don't be fooled, you don't get a refund as the company operates out of China. The quality of the goods is horrendous, nothing like advertised. This is another scam company. Buy from them at your peril.

Christmas present for my husband a pair of shoes state six 6 but much smaller requested the next size up many email requests by myself with 2 answers still waiting outcome very disappointed and unnecessary stress and now website will not accept any more correspondence NOT HAPPY AT CALL NO CUSTOMER EMPATHY HERE

If I could leave zero stars I would. Purchased a dress, photo confirmed in the email. Received a ridiculously poorly made dress that was no where near the photo. Ai response generated by them, asking for photos. I complied and no response. Mailbox full and email error notification received multiple times. Finally “they” respond. I asked for a full refund. Denied. They offered partial, then I said no, and took up the matter with my credit card company. Here’s the fraud run down. 1. Credit card charge for dress said “WHOP MYSA LONDON” educational materials. Educational materials. Yes it really said that. First red flag. 2. Disputed through credit card company. They claimed they sent a digital download which I had received and used. Yes you’re reading that correctly. Next red flag. 3. I had to provide a lot of evidence to my credit card company and it was escalated twice. Finally resolved in my favor. It took a while but for $100 fraud case, it was worth it. This company is neither in the UK or anywhere in Europe. This is full CCP (cheap Chinese products) fraud. They pirate images and then sell cheap items, no where near what they advertise. I wish I could post pics of what I received. Anyway they also are fraudulently using Trust Pilot ratings, hence getting flagged here. Run and do not use.

Received a very poor quality blazer and couldn't get in touch. The customer service contact provided doesn't exist. Stay away from. I made the mistake to buy without checking the reviews. This company is not registered with the company house. All fake.
