I ordered riding boots over three weeks ago I cant get a response or update on the boots and the phone number is always busy . Its a scam do not order!!! I am getting refund from my AMX corporate credit card company and reporting them so they will work at putting a stop to their ability to process credit cards do to fraudulent activity . They are tired to other sites so if you see anything that says MYSHOPCENTRAL stay clear

Ordered a greenhouse in March and never received it. I tried to contact customer service and they said they didn't have an order on file. I did receive a confirmation email and everything. They, of course, took the payment though. So now I am out $60. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

Bought a product never delivered was told I would get money back never happened and now no response from them

I ordered a battery on April 24th. May 5th they still haven't even shipped it. They will not respond back to you or ship your item and if you try to call you will get a busy signal. Do not deal with this merchant.

I ordered an item weeks ago. Can not get ahold of the seller by email or phone. I have applied for a refund from this SCAM.

I would give them a zero if I could. I order a bar on 4/9 got an email with the order confirmation but says I didn't complete the order however they withdrew the money plus an additional $10 the next day. I will be filling a report. I'm so tired of all these scam companies and it being allowed to continue so easily in the United States. It also made it look as if it was a secure site but after looking closer they just added the photos to make it appear that way. I also have tried to email but it goes to random people with all different emails addresses that look very suspicious. Luckily I ordered with PayPal so I will be reporting them through there any any other avenues available.

I gave it a 1 star because there is not a zero star. This is A scam company. DO not order from them. They keep saying they cannot find your order even when you send them the screen shot of your paid order 3 times. I have now involved my bank, filed a fraud complaint with the FTC and filed a complaint with the better Business bureau. I will now hopefully find a lawyer to pick up the case to get my money back. My Shop Central does not have a connected phone. When you call the number it is A busy signal. The money was taken out of my bank acct and sent to jakoping Sweden to an over seas acct. But yet, they have a listed address in San Diego CA. This is A very big scam company. I will not stop to put them out of business. How dare they take people money under false pretense. BUT America allows people to do this.
You cannot get www.myshopcentral via internet. Only by Google search. Via internet it is A pet accessory store. These are scammer people. Ignorant, selfish, ugly scammers. Make sure to have your bank cancel your debit/credit card and send you a new one immediately.

Never received my order,when I tried to contact them I got no response. They have a New York phone number and a California address that is for a pet and house sitting company.

I just ordered two helmets from this company and they were very unprofessional they never sent me any tracking number any information like that I always had to talk to customer service to get any information and updates on my purchase. I then reach out and ask about my order last night and they tell me it had been delivered and signed for they had never even notified me that I needed to be home at a certain time to sign for a package I want a refund I've been scammed do not buy from this company

I ordered a SpeedFlex and the app said it was unavailable to look at how fare it was. Im so mad I want my money back😡

Pretty sure this is definitely a scam. If you search the address: "475 Tenth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101 USA" which is where they say they are, you'll come to find a barber shop at the EXACT address. Also, in the process of writing this review, I have ordered a "riddell speedflex helmet" from the site and I am awaiting for the package to arrive. Another thing I'd like to add is that when I did my research, I found some of the exact same reviews from the site on Amazon.com on the same helmet being sold for $300-$400 (around the actual selling price), a funny thing is that the review on Amazon shows the review being a four star, but of course, the review on Myshopcentral.com is a five star review. There is little to no 4 stars or less on the product for Myshopcentral.com. The reviews are all five stars on Myshopcentral.com. We all know that Amazon.com is without a doubt the SAFEST and BEST site to shop on, along with it being the most secure one and the helmet on is rated 4.7 (As of 04/11/2025). The reason why this review is 2 stars is because of the fact how all this could have a very very very very tiny chance of being a legit site as I haven't received the helmet yet, so I can't confirm that it's a scamsite. People have made reviews about this site claiming they've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and crypto currency. Every site always suggests to NEVER put your debit card inforomation in on most sites, and guess what? Thats exactly what you have to do. For people wondering, it has been only four days, so i don't really expect the packages to arrive that fast. They're products appear on the Google shop sadly. It makes no sense because why are 90% of their products $59 or $69??? (Even the helmet i bought). I could expose this place a lot more but I don't want to waste any more time on this review as I have already but I can tell you this, please just take my word for it.

- Update of (04/20/2024) Still haven't received the item yet, now rating 1 star. Definitely a scam site.

- Another update, (04/22/24) saw that the site was trying to steal our money, lucky enough to get it back. It would be zero stars if that was an option 😡

I believe this site is a complete scam. All the items for sale are $59.69, what? They have several email addresses supposedly to contact them, but each is completely different from each other. Don't even think that you will get a response if you ask a question! Total scam!
