Don't bother. Will send you tracking number that you cant actually track. Only through their website. Then will say its been delivered when it hasn't. Customer service will not answer you. If you use PayPal they will refuse to give you a refund as its "been delivered " even with evidence in your favour. A complete and utter scam of a website. Will gladly take your money for no products. Just another con artist pretending to be a legitimate company

I ordered a few items back in Feb, it now says I've received my order but un defined I've emailed to ask what is happen and the only respond I got was that my order is on its way and to track it
I've replied twice saying that on my tracking it says delivered but undefined and not got any reply back 🤨🤨

Ordered a dress online, said it was delivered. I have a ring camera and a security garage camera and no it was never delivered. When contacted they said to ask neighbors or friends!!!! Pathetic. Checked the tracking sent in the email. No such tracking site. Original email saying is on the way, that tracking shows it was delivered to San Francisco, CA......I live in ARIZONA!!

Paket angeblich geliefert an meine Adresse, aber das Paket kam nie an. Nach mehrmaligen wurde ich jedes Mal wieder vertröstet und angeblich wurde der Lieferant benachrichtigt. Es kam jedoch nie etwas. Habe den Fall dann PayPal Käuferschutz und dann mein Geld zurück erhalten, da diese mehr Recht gegeben haben. Komischerweise kam kurz darauf eine E-Mail von Ihnen, dass Sie mir mein Geld „ zurücküberwiesen hätten“ absoluter scam!!!

Zostałam oszukana i okradziona!!!

Do not order from this place!!! I placed an order on December 24, 2025. It was delivered to a different state approximately 10 days later. I have been emailing daily saying that it was delivered to the wrong address and to please resend. It took them weeks to finally see that it was delivered to the wrong address. Not it is January 31, 2026. I still do not have my replacement order. It still hasn't been shipped. Terrible customer service. Lack of response time. No sense of urgency. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed and scammed by this site. I ordered a dress that looked elegant, well-made, and high-quality in the photos. The pictures seemed professional and the price looked like a good deal… but what I received was an absolute disaster.

The dress that arrived has nothing in common with what was shown online: cheap fabric, wrong size, poor stitching, and a terrible smell when I opened the package. A real case of false advertising.

I tried to contact customer service, but it’s basically non-existent: no real answers, only automated messages, and no chance of a refund.

I feel completely robbed. It’s outrageous that sites like this are still allowed to operate. I hope others read this review before throwing their money away.

Absolutely not recommended. Stay away!

Uwaga: Strona oszustwo!

Niestety, zostałam całkowicie rozczarowana i oszukana przez tę stronę. Zamówiłam sukienkę, która na zdjęciach wyglądała elegancko, solidnie i na dobrą jakość. Zdjęcia były profesjonalne, a cena wydawała się korzystna… ale to, co przyszło, to była prawdziwa tragedia.

Otrzymana sukienka nie miała nic wspólnego z tym, co było pokazane na stronie: tandetna tkanina, zły rozmiar, krzywe szwy i okropny zapach po otwarciu paczki. To klasyczny przykład fałszywej reklamy.

Próbowałam skontaktować się z obsługą klienta, ale ona praktycznie nie istnieje: tylko automatyczne odpowiedzi albo wcale, bez szans na zwrot pieniędzy.

Czuję się po prostu okradziona. To skandal, że takie strony nadal działają. Mam nadzieję, że inni przeczytają tę recenzję, zanim wyrzucą pieniądze w błoto.

Stanowczo odradzam. Trzymajcie się z daleka!

Order never arrived but they have a fake tracking system that says it did.....at 5 am!! I don't think so!! They can't tell me what company delivered it, just says 'other'.

Where do I start?
The clothes were absolutely awful. It was nothing like what was advertised in the photos. One top looked like it was pressed at a school workshop! I was horrified and upset to see the clothes in such poor condition and quality. DO NOT USE this site!!!!
