Extremely disappointing experience. My sister purchased a dress worth PKR 100,000, expecting good quality and proper stitching. Unfortunately, what we received was completely unacceptable.

My sister is 5’4”, but the saree provided was only around 4 feet long, making it practically impossible to wear properly. The outfit was essentially useless and caused a great deal of stress and disappointment, especially as it was intended for an important family function.

What made the situation worse was the way the team handled our concerns. When we tried to contact them and explain the issue, their response was unprofessional and unhelpful, rather than taking responsibility and offering a reasonable solution.

Spending PKR 100,000 on an outfit only to receive something that cannot be properly worn is extremely frustrating. We expected much better quality, attention to detail, and customer service.

We will also be uploading photos/videos of the outfit and the issue so other customers can see exactly what we received and make an informed decision before purchasing.

Exactly as i wanted. And the service received was 10/10. The customised fittings and advise along this was also 10/10. Fanila and qandeel U r amazing

We received the suit. My wife and daughter are very happy with the quality of fabric and stitching and how nicely the work was performed. Keep up the good work and never compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. The only feedback I have is to reduce the timing (takes a long time to get suit stitched and received. It took us over 2 months from order to receiving the suit ) you will be even more successful. I wish you all the success in life. Once again thank you for the outfit, it’s beautiful.

The customer service was exceptional. Both Kandeel and Suneel & iram were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, responded promptly to my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I know there are some negative reviews, but they certainly don’t reflect my experience. Everything went perfectly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Mysie again. If you’re considering placing an order, don’t let the negative reviews put you off. I had a fantastic experience and absolutely love my purchase. Highly recommended!

Please choose other brands than this. They have the worst service. They delay the product until a day before your event and don’t even apologise for it. And then unfortunately you cannot even do refund and they continue to drag it very long until you feel so helpless since you’re abroad. That have no sympathy or deen. Worst service and worst brand ever.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely shocking experience.

I would not recommend buying from Mysie.

My agreed delivery date has already passed, yet they are still refusing to provide a single photo of my customised dresses. Every time I ask for proof, I’m told they need to “ask the team”, but nothing is ever sent.

Communication has been terrible. I’ve spoken to multiple different people, each giving different information, with excuse after excuse. I’ve repeatedly been told the dresses are ready, but there is still no evidence they even exist.

Because my order wasn’t delivered on time, I’ve already had to spend over £200 on alternative clothing and accessories, and I still have to buy another wedding outfit. I’m now around £600 out of pocket because of their failure to deliver.

The constant delays, broken promises, lack of transparency and changing stories have caused unnecessary stress during an important family wedding.

If you are considering ordering for a time-sensitive event, I would think very carefully before placing an order with Mysie.

I’ve ordered around four suits from Mysie now, and every single one has been absolutely stunning. The quality, fit, and attention to detail have been perfect every time.

The customer service has also been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, someone has always responded quickly and been so helpful throughout.

I was a little worried after seeing some negative reviews online, but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. Every order has arrived exactly as expected, and I’ll definitely continue ordering from them. Highly recommend!
