My skin reacted to this
I bought this moisturiser last November at a Christmas shopping fair, directly from the maker, who was lovely. She spoke about the positive results people with eczema and sensitive skin had experienced.
I’m usually very cautious about trying new skincare, especially on my face, but it sounded promising and felt nice when I tested it on my hand.
When I got home, I tried it twice and both times my face flared up. At the time my skin was quite reactive, so I couldn’t be sure it was the moisturiser, as there are many possible triggers for me (heat, water, other products, external allergens ( but no food allergies) etc.), so I stopped using it.
I recently tried it again on its own when my skin was completely calm. Within minutes, my face went from clear to red, hot, and very itchy, with visible welts. It’s clear that my skin doesn’t tolerate this product.
I can see there are many very positive reviews, and I really wanted it to work as I like the ethos behind it. However, based on my experience, I would advise anyone with very sensitive skin to approach with caution.
Update 22nd April - I followed up with the email given below but have not had a response.

Impressive results on skin with eczema
I bought the cream for my 11 year’s old son’s eczema. We used it at the back of his ear first, and within 3 days of applying every day after bath, his skin felt softer and less dry.
I am really impressed with the result, and we look forward to extending its use to other skin areas with eczema.

My second happy review
My second review. My previous review indicated I was sat on the fence with regard to the moisturiser and price. Well not any more. I purchased a second tube and I'm really pleased. A little goes a long way and my skin feels lovely. Will certainly continue buying this now.

Cleanser & Moisturiser
I love the packaging & although I ordered more cleanser & moisturiser I now find that the cleanser makes my skin feel quite dry. I then use the moisturiser & although it’s ok it doesn’t really give me that deep moisturising feeling, also I would prefer sun prevention included.

We worked hard to ensure that our cleanser wasn't stripping like most other foaming washes are, but can understand if your skin is used to more of an oil/balm/cream cleanser why it might feel more dry to use a foaming wash. As for sun prevention products, My Skin Feels believes in simple, multi-tasking products but it is very difficult to create an effective SPF using only natural ingredients which is why we made the decision to create a stand-alone moisturiser that could be used morning and night. Super safe and super moisturising
I have super sensitive eyes so any cream serums or moisturiser I use must be without parabans and other nasty ingredients. My skin feels reduces this risk and is light yet rich and absorbs well. Results are smoother skin..I use it as a night cream

Very pleased with MSF products
Very pleased with MSF products. Having bought moisturiser which I find very good for my dry skin, I have also bought the wash. I find this has made a big difference. Very happy :)
