Thanks once again to Yassir for taking my daughter & granddaughter back to Birmingham airport. He had been delayed due to roadworks in Stourbridge but let us know he was on his way & provided a link so we could track his progress. Yassir got them to the airport in time, very kindly returning to bring back my grand daughter’s car seat. Great service and communication. We will certainly be booking Skyline again in future.

Always keep you informed in real time of booking progress and full driver info etc. Company should be benchmark for all other taxi companies.

Excellent all round, very good communication. Will definitely use again. No problems at all.

Have used skyline for several months now for my son. They’re always accommodating and extremely reliable. Their communication is also really good. We’ve had to change some of our transport arrangements over this period, sometimes at very late notice. None of these have been an issue for skyline and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. They really have been great. Thank you

This is the second time I have used Skyline taxis for an airport pick up and both times have been excellent.

Booking online was easy, a confirmed quote was sent within the hour and a link for online payment. The cost was exceptionally lower than using airport parking and lower than any other taxi company.

On the day I returned from holiday, I received details of the driver and vehicle and instructions what to do on landing. Pick up was within five minutes of exiting the airport building. The car was immaculate, comfortable and the driver polite and respectful. His driving was impeccable and safe.

I will certainly use Skyline again and would recommend them wholly for their service and competitive prices.

In an age where everyone seems to want to rip you off, it's refreshing to find a company who still offer value for money and great customer service.

Clean and tidy vehicle with an amazing well knowledgeable driver.. driver was very helpful, he handled all of my luggage from my door step to his vehicle, then straight to the departures car park. Which was 1min walk for me to the check desk.
