In one of my orders, a dimmer module looked like it hadn't been manufactured correctly - some of the casing was slightly separated. They sorted out a replacement very quickly, I was very impressed with Alex, who dealt with my problem.

Will definitely be using them again when I get around to replacing some more of our switches/sockets with chrome ones!

Great service from this company and had our new Georgian style switches / sockets delivered within a couple days of ordering.

I had ordered several light dimmers from a well known brand. But after about 7 months, one by one they started to fail. We removed and replaced them with a normal 'rocker' light switch and the lights worked fine. Changed it back to the dimmers, and the lights won't turn on. So we knew the dimmers were at fault and as it was under guarantee, Alex provided us with free returns for the faulty dimmers and promptly refunded us. We re-ordered the normal rocker switches from MySwitchShop. Top, top service.

This review is long overdue but wanted to add my praise of myswitchshop. I was pulling my hair out trying to work out which sockets, switches etc I needed so I used the online chat facility. Alex couldn’t have been more helpful and I was so grateful for his knowledge and support. I’m embarrassed to say I must have contacted him at least a dozen times but each time he was patient, professional and just provided me with the answers I needed in order to complete my order. The items arrived very quickly and were of excellent quality. My switchshop review is based on the top drawer service I received from Alex, a credit/asset to the company. I’ve recommended to others and have just placed a follow up order. Thank you 😊

Due to some technical difficulty, the site was not able to make the payment by credit card. I contacted the attendant Alex through the online chat and he promptly helped me on how to make the payment in another way. I received my order in full the day after purchase. I highly recommend it, because the products are of great quality, the price is fair and the customer service is excellent.

But sadly my 3.75 pounds turned in to €35 euro after tax, duty etc was added

As much as would like to buy more product from Myswitchshop the tax and duty will inhibit me.
