Ring broke after 3 weeks, company refused to honor their warranty unless we paid almost half the original cost to replace. That’s not a warranty. After adding about it they simply stopped replying to my emails at all. Poor costumer service and poor quality product.

The materials used in the fabrication of the ring are beautiful and durable. The finish of the rings is industry leading. And the fit and looks of the rings when being worn is perfect. The size I ordered fit the designated finger comfortably and completely. Glad I found this wonderful company with such high standards they uphold in the making and marketing of their rings.

The order process was easy. My ring was shipped really quickly and I received in within days of placing my order. Best of all, the ring is even more beautiful than the pictures on their website and the engraving was perfect. Sadly, I ordered the wrong size, but customer service responded to my request for resizing right away and the correct size is in the works. Great company with gorgeous rings!

I placed an order but they only sent 1 of the 2 items I was charged for. I have been trying to contact them but they wont respond back. Starting to get worried I wont get a refund or the ring I was charged for.
