I placed an order and a month down the line it has still not been dispatched!! I have since contacted PayPal who have very kindly started a refund process as " mytindy" are very happy to take payment without bothering to send the goods. I most certainly would not recommend them to anybody

SCAM - Never received item!

I ordered a teapot from MyTindy in September 2025 and, as of now, FIVE MONTHS AGO!! I still have not received it. I have emailed the company multiple times over several months to ask for an update or a refund, but I have received no meaningful response.
At this point, the lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but not responding to customers for months is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from MyTindy.

A fuir absolument, 400€ toujours pas remboursés

Cet avis vient en réponse à la réponse faire par Mytindy ci-dessous.

Voici le déroulé des faits:
• Commande passée le 11 novembre 2025 pour un tapis d’un montant de 400 €.
• Aucune indication de délai de livraison au moment de l’achat.
• Premier contact du service client le 17 novembre, m’indiquant que le produit est endommagé et ne sera pas livré. Je demande alors le remboursement intégral.

Entre le 23 novembre 2025 et le 11 janvier 2026, j’ai envoyé plus de 10 emails de relance.
Sur cette période, MyTindy m’a répondu à plusieurs reprises que le remboursement était :
• « en cours de traitement » (24 nov., 28 nov., 23 déc., 30 déc.)
• « traité » puis « en attente de preuve de paiement » (24 déc.)
• annoncé comme ayant eu lieu autour du 24 décembre, sans jamais fournir aucune date ferme ni aucun justificatif, malgré mes demandes répétées.

👉 Au 30 janvier 2026, soit plus de 80 jours après la commande (80 jours !!), et contrairement à ce que prétend Mytindy ci-dessous, aucun remboursement n’a été reçu.

Je précise également que :
• aucune adresse postale du siège social n’est indiquée sur le site,
• cette adresse ne m’a jamais été communiquée, malgré deux demandes écrites explicites (12 et 23 décembre).

Cet avis ne remet pas en cause l’existence de la plateforme, mais relate une expérience marquée par :
• une absence totale de visibilité sur le remboursement,
• des engagements écrits non suivis d’effet,
• et un manque de transparence persistant.

Pour un achat de ce montant, la situation est inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas ce site.

Le tapis commandé a bien été réceptionné puis contrôlé par nos équipes. Lors de cette étape, des dommages ont été constatés, ce qui nous a conduits à bloquer volontairement l’envoi. Cette décision a été prise dans votre intérêt, afin d’éviter la livraison d’un produit non conforme.

Concernant le remboursement, celui-ci vous a bien été confirmé par notre service client. Comme indiqué lors de nos échanges, le traitement d’un remboursement dépend également des délais bancaires et des intermédiaires de paiement, sur lesquels nous n’avons pas de contrôle direct. Nous reconnaissons néanmoins que la communication sur ces délais aurait pu être plus claire.

MyTindy est une plateforme légitime travaillant avec des créateurs et artisans indépendants, ce qui implique des processus de production, de contrôle qualité et de logistique différents de ceux des grandes plateformes industrielles. Cela n’exonère pas d’une communication fluide, et nous prenons votre retour comme un point d’amélioration.

Notre équipe reste disponible pour vous transmettre toute confirmation utile concernant le remboursement et assurer un suivi jusqu’à sa finalisation.

A Fuir ! C’est une arnaque !!!!! La maison a fait une grosse pub sur Instagram pour leurs sacs via une « influenceuse » avec lien pour achat en ligne et rabais ! Ayant déjà acheté un sac MyTindy il y a 5 ans via une boutique, et très satisfaite de la manufacture, je me suis sentie confiante de réitérer mon achat afin de soutenir l’économie locale et les petites entreprises. Quelle erreur ! Comme mentionné dans un des commentaires ci-dessous j’ai aussi eu droit à l’intervention de « Sara » qui me demande de patienter, puis m’informe que la production n’est pas de la qualité requise… Étonnamment, depuis que je leur ai écrit comme quoi en fait c’est une arnaque… je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle… Car cela fait 3 mois que j’attends mon coli ! Et bien entendu aucun remboursement ni SAV ou les contacter ! Au delà de la perte financière et de temps, ce genre d’incident, attitude, et arnaque fait terriblement du torts aux réelles sociétés de ce pays qui font un commerce équitable et ne fait que renforcer le dégât d’image du Maroc !

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! Avoid! Placed an order over 2 months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I have contacted them multiple times. They just keep saying it’s being prepared for shipment, delays due to demand blah blah. Over and over. The same excuses but no updates. I have seen many others with the same experience. They have ads all over social media but should be shut down immediately.

Ordered items, never received them

Ordered items in May 2025, contacted seller about delays in shipping and was told due to defects some items had to be remade. Contacted MyTindy multiple times and was told order would be “shipping soon” or “shipping very soon” but as of August 2025 I still have not received the items or any updates. This company appears to be fraudulent as they take customers money and then never fulfill the order. I do not recommend purchasing from them and if you have a similar experience I recommend reporting their pages on social media and leaving reviews when you can.

Livraison TRES longue, communication du service client à revoir !

MISE A JOUR DE L'AVIS SUITE A LA REPONSE DU SITE

Effectivement j'ai fini par recevoir ma commande. J'en avais besoin pour un voyage à l'étranger, je l'ai donc reçue... à mon retour de voyage.
J'avais contacté via WhatsApp le service client pour demander où en était la commande (statut "non traitée" sur mon compte client), et avais finalement demandé l'annulation vu les délais. Je n'ai reçu ni réponse à mes derniers messages, ni remboursement ou un quelconque geste commercial...
Le produit est au final de bonne qualité, dommage.

!!! SITE À FUIR !!!

Commande toujours sous le statut "non traitée" après plusieurs semaines. J'ai eu une première réponse du service client par WhatsApp qui me dit que la commande sera "livrée la semaine prochaine" (c'était la semaine dernière) et depuis plus de réponses. Impossible d'annuler pour se faire rembourser.

Bref une belle arnaque apparemment !!!

Authentic Moroccan Rug & Ceramics – Worth the Wait

I ordered a beautifully woven Beni Ourain rug and a set of ceramic tagines from MyTindy. The packaging was secure, and the items reflect genuine Moroccan craftsmanship — you can see the care and artistry in every stitch and glaze. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but MyTindy kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated. Sara at mytindy was super helpful after I gave the wrong delivery address 😃. Swiftly sorted it out for me. I had no issues with my card payment. If in doubt maybe use PayPal. I will shop with them again.

Warning! Do not buy from this site! SCAM ALERT!

Do not buy from this seller! Warning! I purchased a purse from them on 9/11/24. It is now 3/17/25 and I still have not received it. I have emailed them several times and the 1st two times they did respond saying they were behind schedule but that it would soon be sent out. I emailed them again in January 2025 asking for a refund at this point. They replied right away and said it was actually due to ship out in a few days. A month passed and nothing. I emailed them again beginning of Feb. No response. I emailed them again 1st week of March, no response. I emailed them again a few days ago. No response to my repeated request for a refund. I went on their site and it still shows my order is unfulfilled. They lead you on until it is passed the window to be able to dispute the charge with the credit card companies and PayPal so then you are completely screwed. Truly an awful scam of a company. They should be shut down.

If zero stars were an option that would be my pick. I ordered an item on September 6th for a gift needed by October 11th. It is now December 12th and I still have not received it. I’ve sent over 10 messages asking for an update and I’m only give vague responses. I’m sure I will never receive the item ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Avoid

Avoid! Placed an order on August 10th (its' now November 25th) and still haven't received it. It's been sitting in a customs hold for 2 months - I asked repeatedly to deal with whatever issue was holding it up, but only received "sorry for the delay, thank you for your patience" type replies. They did nothing to resolve the issue after saying they would, and now I find out it's because they posted my $250 order as worth $11 so it was flagged by customs. Again, no help from MyTindy to deal with their problem and I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my order. Worst online ordering experience I've ever had.

2 months waiting for a bag

2 months waiting for a bag, after 3 weeks they start sending e-mail writing that is almost ready and I wait for another month. I ask and I get the refund from Paypal as I didn't get even a track code and they call me asking to stop the paypal request otherwise they can't send me the money, but I already got the money from Paypal. It's the first time in years that something like this happen to me, I think they are very incorrect business, be aware!
