The wrong product was sent. I sent the package to the address provided on the RMA form for return twice and the post office sent it back twice because they couldn't find the company. They said they would refund the shipping costs if I sent them the invoices - as if someone kept the invoices from the post office.

Another product I bought had a description that the courier would deliver 2-3 days. It turned out that it was 7-9 days when delivered from Denmark.
Think before you order anything from them.

Not receiving any confirmation email, impossible to contact them, long lead time and expensive shipping fees. I should have checked the other reviews on this website. You would be better off ordering from AliExpress or Temu directly...

I haven't received my order after almost a week

J'ai passé une commande qui devait arriver dans les 3 jours. Cela fait 2 semaines qui sont maintenant passés et je n'ai rien reçu. J'essaye de les contacter mais personne ne répond, ni au téléphone, ni sur le chat ou les agents sont toujours absents...

Schnell geliefert und Mails werden auch schnell beantwortet. Produkt wie beschrieben. Kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

The goods delivered are what I ordered and function well. The delivery was taking a long time, so I asked for the tracking number. I was then told that my goods had been shipped on 10th and if I didn’t receive them by 24th, I should contact them again. Not acceptable. I wrote back and said that Swiss Post does not require 14 days for delivery, could I please have the tracking number. I was then told that my parcel should arrive within the next couple of days??? Which it did. Made me wonder if it had actually been shipped from Switzerland as they said. But in the end, I got what I ordered and I am satisfied. Would order there again.

Ist halt nur ein China Shop, da kann man nicht viel erwarten.

Ich habe ein Panzerglas für mein Pixel 7 Pro bestellt. Rund eine Woche Lieferzeit. Das Anbringen ging zwar problemlos, der Touch danach aber fast gar nicht mehr (Ich hatte die Touch Empfindlichkeit natürlich auf Displayschutz eingestellt.), somit ist das Handy unbrauchbar. Das Glas kommt direkt in den Müll. Mit dem Support versuche ich es erst gar nicht, nachdem was ich hier und auf anderen Seiten gelesen habe.

This website who claims to be based in Switzerland charfes amost 7chf delivery fee and the product is still ordered from china...i would be better off to buy directly from china via portals like temu or aliexpress.

Der Onlineshop ist übersichtlich die Bestellung verlief problemlos. Der Versand wurde zeitnah bestätig, die Ware kam schnell und war gut verpackt. Soweit alles in bester Ordnung.
Aber an einem der Ohrpolster löst sich schon in der Verpackung die Beschichtung. Deshalb wollte ich meine alten ersetzen. Produkt nicht tadellos.

So uhm... They said 1-3 days delivery time, its slightly over a week ago now, no updates yet and they already emailed me to rate them.

Trotz Versand aus Deutschland akzeptable Lieferzeit. Artikel für den Preis soweit einwandfrei.
