I have been waiting 4 months for a refund for a cancelled flight! Mytrip's system shows they have received the refund from Wizzair but they keep insisting they have not

Take money from your bank / credit card without authority. Wish I could tell you how to prevent it fr happening but apparently when you pay for something a subscription is triggered and if you do get a notification that you have signed up for something, it likely hits your junk folder so if you dont see it, you aren’t informed and you dont have the opportunity to cancel during the trial month. When you dispute they offer a 20% -50% discount but refuse to refund

They have hidden charges everywhere

I used them once in June this year and now they're trying to charge me £79 for a Subscription that i NEVER agreed to.

I've tried calling them today and been on hold for 50 minutes (at the time of writing this review).

My bank have placed a block on them so they can never charge me anything again and have advised me that, if they dont issue the refund, they'll log it a disputed transacation. Fraud team already award. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This site is a scam on unsuspecting customers being trapped by some fine print and funds being stolen from their credit cards. Yesterday again they stole Euro 79 from my account despite my protest few months back for the similar fraud.

I am another guy who felt for the scam of 1$ check-in and then got scammed with the unauthorized subscription of 79$. I had to block my debit card so I won´t get any unauthorized payment from this company ever again, and I had to fill a complaint to my bank to see if I recover the money. In addition, I sent an email to My Trip Online but probably they won´t care at all. Just be careful with these guys.

I fell for the scam and got charged 79 euros while I was travelling in Europe. My-Trip-Online declined to refund and are offering 20% back. The financial institution (Wise) declined the chargeback, because according to them the page mentions that there is 79 euro subscription and it's not just a 1 euro check-in. I'm amazed how such a company is able to exist despite so many complaints.

Like everyone else I bought a single use fast track ( without reading the reviews first - didn’t have time); subsequently £79 came out of my bank account. I managed to cancel online but noticed they’re based in Cyprus, avoiding certain laws. Will report to my bank in the morning.

My Trip Online is effectively a scam. I paid one euro for a check in service which unknowingly locked me in to a subscription costing 80 euro per month. They may also go by the name of Travel Dashboard.

Faulty service. Trying to scam 79 EUR for a subscription.

I paid €9 for a one-time Fast Track airport service, which was clearly advertised as a single purchase. Weeks later, I discovered recurring subscription charges that I never authorised, was never informed about, and never received any confirmation email for.

When I contacted the company, they refused to refund me in full and only offered 20 % as a “goodwill gesture”, claiming I had agreed to terms I never saw. They could not provide a single email proving that I had accepted a subscription or a free-trial conversion.

This kind of hidden subscription model is deceptive and unethical — taking advantage of travellers who think they’re paying for a simple Fast Track airport pass. I’ve now reported the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for investigation.

If you see “FastTrack My Trip Online” or “assistonline.uk”, do not enter your card details. Pay directly at the airport instead. This company’s behaviour is borderline fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.

I thought I was signing up with Uber Taxi's. Gave all my details and was assured that nothing would be taken from my card.
Almost immediately received a email from APPSILITY welcoming me and thanking for my subscription to ECOM CATALYSIST LTD.
On checking my account £49.95 was pending to these scammers. I cancelled my card and my bank is now waiting for the transaction to come off pending so they can fully investigate.
Total scam and illegal.

I have little to add, other than what has been said by so many reviewers already.
I must unwittingly have paid a nominal amount some months back to this fraudulent company- probably to “facilitate” a flight to Austria. But I have no recollection of being told of future charges. Only through checking my bank account did I see a debit – completely unexpected -of £79.
Trying to get sense out of the company is well nigh impossible. Several complaining emails have been answered by robot – congratulating me on deciding to use the company’s services, and outlining these at some length.
Only by insisting that the charge be refunded and that I get a reply from a human did ‘Margaret- Compliance Officer’ respond. As in other cases, a nominal 20% refund has been offered.
This is a plain insult and I have contacted my bank in the hope that they can clawback all the money for my credit.
I will wait a few days on this.
Whatever the outcome, I will be writing again to MyTripOnline. I will recommend, from my advanced age of almost 80, that their employees might pass their lives in more honest and humane fashion than by squeezing funds, quite fraudulently, out of unwitting innocents.

They make me pay 79 out of a subscription that I did not want. Just because I paid 1 € for a check in.

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT USE.
My husband bought fast track security for one trip and found himself tied into a subscription that we hadnt noticed for a while. Tried to get money back but they only gave us a token amount and then ignored my emails.

Paid for fast track however this was not accepted by airline . Then 3 days later I was charged 79 euros for a subscription which I do not recall signing up for. The subscription was for a service that gives you up to 5 fast tracks a month! So even if I wanted ti use the service it was impossible to use . Firstly, the airport doesnt accept the fast track and secondly if I was flying 5 times a month I would probably have a business class ticket and not need to purchase a fast track. PLEASE avoid it is a scam. I claimed my money back through the bank after changing my card so they didnt take my hard earned cash.

Just want to say that I was confident this was a scam, but my friend paid the £1 even though I assured him it was a scam, and actually it worked. To my surprise. Maybe there’s a subscription with an obscured box or something but I mean, my friend couldn’t otherwise check in for his flight & this worked.
