Good quality for vests/waistcoats and reasonable pricing. Size is regular fit. Go larger rather than smaller though.

Quick at handling postage it arrived at my home in Australia in 5days and that while all this crap is going on in the Middle East with Trump’s war. The post went UK to Germany, Germany to Louisiana USA then to Honolulu , Honolulu to Sydney, Sydney to Melbourne. Then to me , 100 miles east of Melbourne in a a country area. So well done to all I have had item out of Queensland 1200miles north of me take up to5 days to get to me. Not the first time of had items from uk in 5 days but D Trump didn’t have a war going last time.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience, sent multiple emails to get an update on when my shoes would come, it’s been 4 weeks with no response and still no shoes.

Looking into this I can see your order was placed a little over 2 weeks ago on 2nd January so unless im looking at the wrong order its not quite been 4 weeks.

The selected service was our standard within 10 working days, which I can see we are now over and appolagise for, I have now refunded your shipping paid.

Investigating this with UPS, they state the goods required further customs checks including an x-ray on entry which is underway and they will release the goods for delivery shortly.

I have checked against your order ID, email address and name in our customer service centre and the guys dont seem to have had anything from yourslef.

I will push UPS again but in the meantime please reach out again @ info@mytuxedo.com.au and the CS team will take a look for you.

Poor Customer Service

Hi Dave,

We just received our two orders (7000064933 and 7000064954) and noticed there is 30% off going on for Black Friday Sale, whilst we only had 20% off at time of purchase.

Knowing that our orders are still in 28 days return/refund period, we contacted your customer service team (Emelie) asking if it is possible to have the variance of 10% or $99.99 AUD from these two orders refunded to us, or issued as a credit for us to shop. I'm not sure where is your business based in, but this is a common practice in Australia.

Unfortunately, the team was not quite helpful. Emelie asked me to return all the items, get a full refund and make a purchase again for all the same items. What is the rationale behind this recommendation? We clearly can see that this won't be an efficient process for everybody.

Having looked at the comunication with Emelie I can confirm we dont normaly offer previouse discounts to future customers.

Our marketing is changing weekley and unfortunatly you may find when purchasing at any given point you may have missed out on a better promotion previousley offered or even and better promotion coming up.

We are based in UK although do have a returns site in AU.

I will discuss this case with the CS team and see if we cant work out a better solution going forward.

I can’t rate my purchase because I still have not received my parcel. Service from UPS is appalling. My package sat in their facilities for days and were only released after I had contacted them 🤯
