I loved the product! I used it for Ube Crème Brûlée and for my baby’s ube chiffon cake! It was delicious! I highly recommend it! Plus customer service is splendid! 💯

The taste is not my cup of tea. I grown up in Asian eating a lot purple sweet potato, ube and yam in all my life. Natural ube would still has it's unique sweet fragrant but this powder has none. It's bland and smells a bit like herbal, not the vanilla-hazelnut taste they advertised. You may ok to use it for baking or cooking to get the virant colour but for making a drink it is absolutely not for me.
I emailed them twice about the taste and the frother they gifted with purchase is not working. Never had any replies from them totally horrible customer service. And finally, the money back guarantee is a joke.

Got my order in 5 days the ube was honestly better than I expected. The taste feels real and natural, not that fake overly sweet flavor some powders have. I used it for a latte and the color came out beautiful, but the best part was the smooth earthy ube taste.

Tried this ube powder in my latte and I love it 🤍 The color is stunning and the flavor is so smooth and comforting. It pairs beautifully and makes the whole drink feel so indulgent. 💯 recommended 🤩

Shipping was quick! I love the company and the owners are fantastic! I love making a hot ube latte with milk and then frothing some cream with the Ube and sweetener as a topping. I use it in my matcha lattes and it makes them so beautiful and healthy if you use it as a topping in your cold foam. Ube is slightly sweet on its own but some people might like sweetener added. Sometimes I add sweetener, sometimes I don't. Fantastic product and company!

Items took a little while but understandable since products are freshly harvested. Well packaged and great tasting. Customer service was there when needed. Will order again in the future.

The shipping was fast and when I placed my order I wanted to change the quantity. I reached out and they were fast in responding and very accommodating.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ube Bae.

My order was marked as “delivered” according to the tracking, but I never received the item. I immediately contacted their support team, and they said they would look into it. After following up, they informed me they would send a replacement.

However, when I asked for a tracking number for the new shipment, I never received one. I sent another follow-up email more than a week ago and still haven’t gotten any response.

I order online frequently, and this is the first time I’ve ever had an item marked as delivered that I never actually received. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and response time in the future. And hoping to get a refund for this!

I never very rarely leave a review, however, this needed to be said and give credit. I don't understand the bad reviews, because I feel we talk about a complete different company.

I agree the delivery took a long time (2 weeks in my case). However this was clearly explained in the about us page. I had purchased Ube from 3 different companies, and it's never a real Ube, most of the time it's sweet purple potatoe, or colorant. The owner of Ube Bae deals directly with farmers in Philippines and they only process and package the product when they receive an order to keep it as fresh as possible, and that is what takes long in shipping process.

I don't mind waiting a little to make sure I get the real product and receive it fresh instead of ordering a package that is sitting on the shelf ready to be shipped from an Amazon warehouse.

Aria the owner answered my email within few minutes when I had some questions about the product. That is the advantage of dealing with a small business, and they got me as a customer for life!

A month to deliver. The taste was so bland. No flavour . Gave me stomach pains.. They actually have NO comments on their profile . Which made me question why
